During the summer, they even offer complimentary water bottles with every wash or free microfiber towels & car fresheners on certain days. While the blow dryers are inept, they provide compressed air & I always keep a supply of microfiber towels in my trunk to ensure a thorough drying. So basically Fullers Car Wash has "stolen" my money and are reluctent to refeund me. I would not recommend them at all. No excuse for rude employees.

I think the planning behind the layout could have been way more intentional. Unfortunately noon on a Friday is peak hours- this place was packed. So packed it got to a point where it was almost ridiculous, and the line wasn't that fast. However, I was really desperate for a car wash. I came in at 12:31 noon and I didn't leave until 1:06 pm. I definitely wasn't expecting a trip to the car wash to be 30 mins. This wouldn't be so bad if the performance made up for the wait time. However, unfortunately my car still had some dirt marks. My car was mostly clean- but not fully. Which is surprising because this place is uber popular. I got the very basic car wash for $7, maybe that's why my car wasn't as clean as expected. Overall, it was a pretty mediocre experience. I would much rather go to my usual car wash spot that's $2 less. My car is usually spotless when I go there.
