I had another contractor come in and locate the tank then had it pumped out and had them return and they were able to clear the line. This time the bill was also $475 for 2 hrs. work. Given that both bills only had a generic description of the work and was not itemized, I questioned the 2nd bill. When i did they gave me the following breakdown. They charge $350 minimum for 2 hours of their water jetting services and another $125 if they use their camera to inspect the line. Customers should be aware of this billing schedule as they do not itemize it on the bill.
