They folded the cloth in and sewed it together. I thought they would be taking cloth out, but I have never had alterations done, so this was an assumption on my end. All Pro absolutely destroyed my husbands expensive designer shirt, then had the audacity to blame…read morehim and called the shirt cheap and low quality. First of all the shirt is couture, and was not remotely cheap, and has only been worn a hand full of times. Secondly I don't care if the shirt was from Walmart, if we take it to get dry cleaned without a hole and then get it back and the arm of the shirt is ripped with a huge hole that's beyond repair I'd expect an apology or an offer to fix it AT THE VERY LEAST. This was not done. In fact they blamed my husband. We have been in this neighborhood for a long time and will make sure to tell all of our neighbors to never go here.
