This place is cozy and I like the decor! The service was great! My coffee was amazing! Normally I'll get a regular cup of coffee but today I got a dirty chai latte with an extra shot of espresso. AMAZING! Overall, great coffee shop! I true hidden gem!

No wonder this location is always packed with customers! It has always been a local favorite. This location has two floors, plenty of seatings for hanging out, or just getting your work done. Parking is super easy. I tried their espresso flight menu for the first time because there are tons of unique creations that I wanted to try and I couldn't just choose just one! With the espresso flight you can choose three espresso drinks you want, including their specialties. You can choose hot/iced, but all has to be made with the same type of diary, which is not a problem for me! I ordered an Oat Latte, Dark Star (espresso, oat milk, dark chocolate & Azteca), and included one matcha drink, My Little Green Friend (matcha, oat milk, white chocolate & vanilla). They all tasted so good. Creamy, sweet, but not too sweet. And they came in three little mugs, with aesthetic latte art. I got so full (lol), but it was the best decision of the day! Can't wait to go back and try more of their creations!

The storefront itself is cute and there's a fair amount of seating. I will say the parking was kind of weird, It's not a super obvious place and we ended up driving right by it. Parked a couple blocks down and walked over, but otherwise you should be able to find a spot no problem. The baristas were super friendly and patient with us while we looked over the menu. My friend got the (Real!) strawberry match and I got the banana cream matcha. Both were super delicious! The strawberry did taste very fresh and real, and the banana was the perfect sweet treat to satisfy my craving. Overall, I will definitely be back and would recommend to anybody in the area.

I've been looking for a strawberry matcha that has a creamy rich texture, with the perfect ratio of strawberry and matcha. I do appreciate the fact that they use real strawberry puree, but it didn't taste balanced to me. My husband got the mocha forest matcha, it was alright. I wasn't a huge fan of either drinks. I also felt the matcha wasn't ceremonial grade. It had that weird Starbucks fishy taste to it. We ordered breakfast as well- the breakfast indeed tasted homemade but not the kind that wowed me. More like okay wonder bread and some protein. Nothing that stood out or tasted unique. I left wishing I had spent the money elsewhere. Overall, I don't live close to this location so I wouldn't go out of my way for it, but if invited I wouldn't be opposed. It's a tiny spot with few seats and a shared small parking lot. It's better for to go orders. Casual ambiance.

It was…read morereally hard to select anything to eat because all the pastries were fresh and beautifully baked with toasted with a rich golden brown. I got the savory pie that was stuffed with an unctuous gumbo filling made with creole spices, the holy trinity (onions, peppers, and celery), and a generous portion of chicken. The pie pastry had a perfect flaky crumb that held the filling together. A friend had their breakfast sandwich, which had a rustic and delightful tang from the inclusion of sourdough in the biscuit batter that paired well with the thick slab of egg and crispy bacon. Incredibly savory items. I'm always gravitated towards how well a cafe can do a savory menu and this exceed my expectations. Friends I came in with who got their coffee said that it was very delicious, and the baristas can make a beautiful frothy and rich matcha latte. Its both parts technical skills to pull coffee or whisk matcha and sourcing of high-quality ingredients. Drinks make up a large part of any cafe, so to do it well here in this neighborhood cafe is exceptional. The baristas are running that place like a tight ship! Tip well!

This place is very popular, as it was still pretty busy even on a weekday later in the morning. Service was friendly and quick. There's plenty of tables and seating inside, thankfully. Some of the matcha separated in both of our drinks, so I think it could have been mixed a little longer. My daughter also got the quiche and she loved it. I got the tomato egg and goat cheese sandwich on a house made sourdough biscuit and it was amazing. It was also a very generous portion.

Cafe Techs is one company that deserved to receive my five stars rating. After receiving my old Capresso C1000 espresso/grinder machine for general clean-up, the owner Andreas, who hails from Heidelberg, Germany, took it upon himself to order new small parts from Germany he deemed necessary to refurbish the machine almost to mint condition. Then, and wait for this, he took before and after pictures of its guts to show the precise work he's done. Anyone willing to show their workmanship through images and a video is someone you can trust to repair your products. That kind of honesty and eagerness is rare indeed. Maybe consumers should demand that repair videos become a standard in the industry. Especially on cars. Cafe Techs earned my trust and I am thankful for their attention to details and well-intended precision to deliver as perfect a job as they can.

I brought in my Breville Oracle Touch (BES990) for an electrical issue. What I got back was a…read moretextbook example of how not to run a repair business. The "diagnosis" was a sales pitch, not an evaluation. I was told the machine was "ruined by bad water quality" and had a "totally worn out burr." My grinder had no issues whatsoever, and conical burrs don't wear out from normal home use in 2.5 years. The actual fault was electrical (a triac board), which has nothing to do with water or coffee beans. The estimate was arbitrary. The quote was around $390-450 and included replacing grinder parts that worked perfectly fine. When I asked for a revised estimate without the unnecessary grinder repair, the total only dropped by $50--the cost of the parts--while the labor charge didn't move at all, despite the reduced scope. When I questioned this, I was told they're "usually good with their estimates" and it wouldn't be adjusted. The estimate also came with the caveat that it "might cost more" later, despite being presented as a firm quote. They worked on my machine without authorization. I never signed off on any repair, yet on a later phone call they admitted they had already worked on the triac board. I never gave permission for any work to be performed. The machine was returned unassembled--and they didn't tell me. When I picked it up, only the top cover had been placed back on. The internal hoses and temperature sensors were left loose and unsecured. As a result, water leaked over the internal components during my drive home. I was never warned the machine hadn't been reassembled. They held my property for months, then sent back the wrong part. They kept my portafilter and basket and promised to mail them. After more than two months and three phone calls--each time being told they'd ship "the next day"--what finally arrived was not my portafilter at all. It was someone else's worn-out, broken portafilter, caked with dirt and grime. I cannot recommend this business. The diagnosis was unsupported, the estimate was inflated and inflexible, work was performed without my consent, the machine was returned in a worse and unsafe condition, and after months of delay they returned someone else's damaged equipment instead of mine.
