They planted and helped us improve our home. We paid in advance for soil and converting services that were supposed to be rescheduled, but the jobs were never accomplished. We've been attempting to contact them since, and we finally had to go there ourselves to request a refund. Ken T works there and told us the owner was out, but he'll make sure to contact her about this because he remembers there was no service provided. A month later, we get a message from him indicating he hasn't been able to reach her but would contact her as soon as he does. There's no word. As the months passed, we tried calling them several times, all of which went to voicemail, and we attempted to visit them, but they were only open during their winter hours. After leaving several voicemails at the provided phone number, our contact was blocked. We tried texting again on my partner's phone, and rather than addressing why she blocked us, she simply stated that since Ric died in 2022, we had no claims with them. I cannot imagine that this attitude is professional or welcoming. We bought these items from this company. We did not obtain these services. We hope Dee reads this and understands our frustration. We have purchased and used this company's services for many years, but we were treated this way during our most recent transaction. I hope we can resolve this. I hope none other has to deal with a similar circumstance.

The store's a mess, you have to look everything over with a fine tooth comb to make sure it's not damaged, stained, cracked or leaking, and if you want help finding something - don't grab ANY of the employees because they will send you to the wrong location every.single.time (if there's any around to begin with). I've been to a lot of HD's in my day - this one is the WORST.

I asked her if she could point me to the direction where the chairs are and all she did was point to the right of the entrance and said that's all they have there & she wasn't sure if they had "camping chairs". She didn't even bother to ask any of her fellow coworkers or even help look them up, looked like she was busy on her phone. So i went ahead and just looked for someone else to help me find the aisle which was an older man and looked for the chairs myself which happened to be in the gardening area as he said & at the end of aisle 57 they had PLENTY of chairs just as advertised online. I wouldn't of cared to write a review but the young lady in the front clearly doesn't know about working in customer service.

I wrote a review for Roxanne and Renton Flower Shop earlier this year about how Roxanne went above…read moreand beyond to get my sister-in-law's favorite flowers (peonies) for her homecoming from the hospital after emergency heart surgery. I live in Hawai'i, but most of my family is in the Pacific NW, so finding businesses there that work with me during hard times is a gift. Roxanne has once again come through for me! This month my hanai Mom (Hawaiian for adopted Mom), passed away. I was able to get there to see her the day before she passed, and spend time with her. We set up her service for the following week. Everything was taken care of through the funeral home, but I forgot to get flowers for the reception and graveside service. In a panic, I called Roxanne that morning. She jumped on it right away and I was able to pick up a beautiful, fresh bouquet for Mom, that the rest of the family could enjoy for several weeks afterward. I got one picture of the arrangement, and it does not do it justice, but it was a lovely addition to the banquet table and fit in perfectly with the other arrangements. Roxanne does beautiful work, and she goes above and beyond to help people going through good time and hard times. Mahalo, Roxanne!!
