I came back and made sure to tip her well, she deserved it. She tried to keep cash and gave me the wrong change then gave attitude when I wouldn't tip. Not sure if the owners are cool with that or not but with the great prices the bar offers I'm not sure there is a lot of profit. A little communication goes a long way and helps set expectations. When our food arrived, part of the order was incorrect (we had requested a salad and soup substitution but only received fries). The server corrected it, and the food itself was good. It did come out at different times, and we noticed another table seated after us received their food much sooner, which was a bit confusing. We truly want to support Roy's and hope this feedback is helpful. With stronger communication and smoother service flow, it could be a great experience.
