Cancelled before our March bill, and got charged anyway. Then got charged AGAIN in April. Now it's May, and we've still not received any refund. When I called them AGAIN, they said the only record they had was us canceling online, which was by their instruction after they failed to cancel the account the first time. I have call logs detailing all the times I called and they said they wouldn't refund, and to call the bank and have them charge back if I wanted one. I am such a bad car owner. I do not wash my car as much as I should, but when I do, this is the place I go. I usually go for the $ 3 wash. It can't get any cheaper than that. It is mostly automated, you get in line (there is always a line) pay for the wash you want and then proceed. It cleans the car well, but do not expect to be as hand washed (it is only $ 3) They also offer hand detailing BTW. They have free vacuums as well . Pulled into bay for hand dry and large amounts of dirt an rock salt debris still on car. Had previous issues with big water streaks left before after supposed hand drying so I should have known better! My go to place on weekends when I put gas and Fullers is so economical to get a wash that I can't resist of course. The fact that weekends can be really busy, it seems that Fullers had the igneous fact of opening other lanes so that you can have an easy entrance to clean your car. I usually have to wait less than 10 minutes and for this I am a really happy camper. The fact that you have a choice of washes and you can do this all on your own is awesome. I usually go for the $3 wash if my car just needs a touch up cleaning and this usually does the trick. Then of course I mozie on down to the end of the car wash and utilize their free vacuum system which of course is always a good ending to a good wash. Not that they aren't other places to wash your car, but of course being so near my home and for pennies you can really get your car cleaned, why not? Its not a bad deal really so come on down and try them out. But be warned, when it has snowed, you will find that the lines can twist as far as a Great America line so don't fuss. I say that because I am telling you, so why fuss when you've been warned? Just go for it and enjoy the rest of your day knowing that your car is washed and you have a whole day to go and do other things. read more

I took out a baby wipe and wiped my dashboard and it's full of dust I think they just run the cloths over to make it seem like they're cleaning... I've been coming to this place for a while now, but today I felt the rollers push hard against my car. When the cycle was over I jumped out my car to look and sure enough the rollers left thread marks on the driver side. When I can't around to show the manager he quickly, without even taking a close look, was already saying it wasn't his machines. I drive a 2012 750LI. Today at 3:00 / 3:30 pm I pulled into one of the stalls at the Bedford Park Location , it was the far left stall , the computer froze and would not process my selection , after pushing the help button and waiting 5 mins I honked the horn a few times , no one came , so I proceeded to back out of the stall , as I was backing up I backed over a concrete parking spacer , So now I'm I little upset because 1, no one came when I pressed for help and honked the horn. 2, when I backed up there was no way for me to know that the concrete spacer was there , a flag or something would be nice. I wish that were the end of my unpleasant experience,I than walked into the customer service office and complained to the Man behind the counter , I ask if he was a Manager , he said yes . I say this only as a way to identify him , but it was a Mexican gentleman , also at that time a young man in a white Fullers shirt came in and went into a room just long enough to listen to me complain about what had happened , I also said that I didn't believe any damage was done to my car , the man behind the counter rushed outside to see what I was talking about , at this time the young man said to me "We are not responsible for that , its not my fault you backed over the concrete " I looked at him in disbelief because 1, he did not identify himself 2, I had already said that i didn't think there was damage , . I ask who he was, and he said in a rather cavalier tone, he was Brad " Manager , Owner . this is when you lost me as a $50.00 a month customer . if indeed he was a Manager / Owner I would have expected him to have identified himself when he walked in not go into another room and listen Because I'm sure he saw the whole thing , he was being sneaky and disingenuous , IT should have went something like this " Hello I'm Brad the Manager, I'm glad there was no damage to your car , however that concrete is there because xyz , People don't often backup out of that stall , I will look into why its there , is there any other way I can assist you" That would be the way a mature Professional " Manager / Owner " would have handle it , but he acted like a Child that was being accused of something . I am very displeased with the wash and I do not normally write negative Yelp reviews. In fact, this is the first review I have written but I feel it is necessary to voice the fact that the car wash damaged my car AND the issue was not properly addressed by management. I have a car that is only a year old. I inspect it often for potential scratches and scuffs and take very good care of it. On Saturday, I decided last minute before my commute to Chicago to take my car in for a $3 wash. While waiting for the wash, the vehicle in front of me stopped for a good minute or two. I then noticed the worker walk away with what looked like the side mirror of the car! This should have been enough to make me turn around but I continued with the wash regardless. While in the car wash, I remember hearing an odd noise that I do not normally hear in car washes but shrugged it off, finished the wash, and continued on my commute. When I arrived at my destination I noticed scratch marks on the TOP of the trunk of my car that went either in the east to west or west to east direction. They are rather deep scratches that penetrated the paint and are impossible to miss so I know these scratches were not there prior to the wash. I called the Fuller's Carwash shortly after and was told by a receptionist that I needed to bring in my car to show a manager. I called the next day to talk to a manager directly and the receptionist (Christina) seemed very sketchy telling me to call back in an hour because the manager (Edgar) was busy. When I finally reached Edgar he was not empathetic or concerned with the fact that my car was scratched by the car wash. He continued to say that the $3 wash was just soap and water (which I know there are brushes involved, I am in the car during the wash). He blew me off and told me I needed to talk to the owner the next day. The next day, my father went in to talk to the owner since I had work early that morning. He brought in pictures and my receipt for the previous day's purchase. The owner denied that the wash could damage a car and refused to take responsibility for the scratches. I checked Yelp reviews later that day (for both the Bedford Park and Mokena locations) to see multiple other people experience the same issues as me (both with the wash and lack of helpfulness of management). I am very aggravated with the fact that the damage was not caused by my own negligence or carelessness but rather the car wash's. If the wash can pull off a side mirror of a car it is likely capable of scratching a car as well (who knows what kind of debris could get caught in the brushes). Whatever you do, do NOT take your car through this car wash. I will never take my car here again and I will be sure to spread the word to friends and family. Update (12/29) I just went in to talk with owner (Mike Fuller) in person. He accused me of having no common sense. I have never been more disrespected. That is no way to run a business. read more

Upon my contacting the owner....just like his horrible workers there....nothing will be done about this travesty. I literally paid to be involved in an accident, did damage to my front bumper, and no refund was offered...not even an "I'm sorry." They were jam packed this weekend, admitted to me that this does happen from time to time, and also admitted it is about them "doing volume to make more money". Giving 1 star cause apparently their workers can't follow simple instructions. This review is being written after a 2 day span of going to the Oak Lawn location as well which is much better. I had made their task easier to handle and had gathered all the trash in my mothers car & had placed it on the back seat. After paying $27 for a Super Wash and tipping $10 to have "everything on the seats thrown away" I walk back to my car after being signaled it's ready to a back seat still dirty & garbage remaining on the seats as well as dirty crumb filled floors. Here goes... I had to wait inside for a coupon of $2 that I paid for. I paged the attendant and told him the machine didn't work as it didn't print my receipt. He said I ran out of time to print it, I would have to park and go inside to get it. (Mind u I pressed receipt button twice and it had ample time to print) So I had to park in the lot, walk it over inside, and wait for person to hang up the phone, and she reprinted receipt. I explained to her I was disappointed and suggested next time the attendant run in and out to get the printed receipt. She only apologized and gave me my $2 coupon. It was my first visit and purchased an outdoor wash only for $15, with a $2 discount for next time. Had I known I would have paid $3. My husband's car is a 2003 Mercury Marquis (a large vehicle). It had been badly neglected for years. He has had some health issues recently and since my car is much smaller and harder for him to get in for doctor appointments, we took his in to Fullers for interior detailing and engine cleaning. The tech was Cesar and he did an outstanding job. I almost didn't recognize it. Trust me, he earned his money and tip. It was truly a beautiful job and well worth the money. I'll make this somewhat short and to the point. About 3/4 of the way INSIDE of the car wash, on the conveyor equipment that moves your car through the wash, I hit the vehicle in front of me and I also got hit from behind. Once we got out of our vehicles, not only did the staff not apologize about their equipment malfunction, but they were arguing with the first car (an off-duty Cook County sheriff) blaming him because they said he tapped his brakes. When I went to the Bedford Park police department to file a report, they had to file a property damage report, not an accident report, because the damage occurred on the conveyor belt and not on actual pavement or road. One of the officers said it was a reoccurring matter and it had even happened to one of their squad cars before. He added that FCW's basic attitude is that the damages are usually so minimal (mostly scratches) that no one ever files a lawsuit because of the time and money required compared to fixing the damage. My damages consisted of scratches (both front and back), a cracked grill, and my Nissan emblem that was taken completely off the front end. The girl at the front desk had to physically go inside of the car wash and hand me my emblem that she picked up off the floor INSIDE of the car wash. $7 car wash, awesome right? Not when you end up paying $327. I was there on Friday, July 19 at about 1pm going through the car wash, I put my car in neutral and was riding the wash. The guy behind me did not put his car in neutral, so the operators of the wash stopped the line and his car hit my car INSIDE OF THE WASH! I proceeded to exit the wash and pull over to wait for the gentlemen to come out behind me, but as soon as he did he sped off. I went inside to talk to Fuller personnel and the "manager" instantly said "It's not our fault", when I mentioned I had been hit INSIDE the wash. I called the Bedford Park Police, who refused to write a report (I sense this isn't the first time this has come up) and then upon review of the video footage none of the cameras are pointing at any plates so I couldn't even file a hit & run. This happened due to a Fuller's operator putting on the breaks, had he not my car wouldn't have been hit. When I wrote to customer service I received no response and am still waiting. I hope all of you take precaution when going to this wash and hope the person behind you didn't have their car in drive. read more

This is my first review and second time visiting this location. I am very impressed with the 3 dollar car wash because some of us are on a tight budget and want to get our cars cleaned for a good price. They even offer detail services for a premium if you pony up the money for it. They have a pretty good car wash because I did the $3 one on the first visit and then had their $12 premium wash. The $12 wash consists of undercarriage cleaning, double wash, and wax and sealant. Not to mention that it's a pretty quick wash so you're in and out. The other nice thing is that they give you access to use the vacuum for free, but there is a 5 minute limit. I've seen people using the vacuum longer than 5 minutes if it's not a busy day. They accept cash, credit/debit., and gift cards. You'll notice that after the undercarriage washing your car runs a lot smoother since it gets all that crud out from around the struts and brakes. Nice days are the busiest and its best to go at a time where not a lot of people go to get their cars washed. read more
