These people act as if they really are there to take care of you, but they don't at the end. I had them repair one of my 14KT gold rings with 3 diamonds. 3 weeks pass by and they tell me they lost my ring. My ring was $600 when I bought it and after awhile the price of my ring reached around $1200 based off of the value of gold. After giving a brief explanation on how all my gold accessories were for its value they didn't even reimburse me the amount of $1200 instead gave me $400. I definitely should've taken things further on my end, but they aren't the type of business that would really care for your belongings! Be aware. I'll never go back again. read more

I highly recommend you bring your watch here if you want it back BROKEN. I should have known what I was getting myself into when I showed up to the store during business hours to pick up my watch and the store was closed after getting a hold of the employee at the store to inquire why it was closed, he said something about calling him directly if the store is closed. It made no sense. He had me meet him at a grocery store parking lot to retrieve my watch. I had the watch unworn in my possession for roughly 2 weeks until I decided to wear it again that's when I realized that the watch was in terrible shape. The crown was stuck and basically everything I brought it in for was still broken or worse. I called the store owner to talk to him about the issue once I told him that I wasn't going to pay for any additional Repairs. He started getting defensive and telling me to calm down. I was calm until he said that he even went as far as accusing me of acting tough. This shop owner is a bully and a con artist. He's not returning my money, but that's OK. It's a small price to pay to keep this person away from any watch. read more

I came in to have a few watches looked at. My watch was return to me filthy with finger prints all on the inside of the glass. Another watch was taken apart and put back together incorrectly and when I asked why it looked like that they gave me a hard time. I had to express multiple times that I wanted my watch put together the way that I had brought it in. I did like this shop. I had great experiences in the past. Now it's impossible to know their hours of operation. No one bothers to answer the phone when you call, the website hours of operation are way outdated, when I leave a message no one ever calls back. I am trying to give them business but it appears that's not what they want. The prices are a bit high and inconsistent, that I don't like at all. Too bad because I had a couple of positive experiences last year. Pre Covid, I used to go there for battery changes and watch repairs and had good experiences but that's changed. The people who work there are nice but I can't drive 1/2 each way not knowing if this business will be open or closed when I arrive, that's unrealistic for me and most people. I won't go there anymore because the last 5-6 times I've called or left VM's, no one returns my calls. My husband has had the same experience and feels like I do about the inconsistency in the prices. That Plus if they want my business don't keep your hours of operation a secret like it's a national security concern and return your VM messages. I took a silver bracelet in to be re-sized, the person I checked it in with estimated the job to be $40 and the time for it to be ready for pick up after a week. He told me someone would call me to confirm the cost. I left it there and 5 days later I had to call them, as nobody called me to confirm. I provided my ticket number and they still didn't have a price to quote me and asked to give me a call back after the jeweler looks at it. They then call back to quote me $65 and the estimated completion date to be a week from that day that I had to call in to check on job. They basically held my item doing absolutely nothing and then quoted me a much higher cost, that is half of what the item's price was, just to resize it by a few links. I could've taken it to a different jeweler and had it resized already for a more affordable price. I would not recommend going here for any re-sizing needs. ***Update - I walked my bracelet to ANOTHER spot in the mall and they charged me $45, got it done in 30 minutes and offered to clean the other bracelet I was wearing free of charge*** read more

If I could rate them lower than a 1, I would. I went to them to repair the clasp on my Rolex. I watched them, as they took the information off my watch that they needed, and said they'd call me with a quote the following week. The following week, nothing. Crickets. THREE WEEKS LATER, I get a text from them that indicated (though they didn't admit it) that they lost the information they took, and needed me to get it for them...3 weeks later. 3 weeks where they hadn't been searching. 3 weeks where they didn't have the common decency to call me and say "Hi, sorry, we lost your information, can we get it again?", NOTHING. I am grateful for one thing though. That I didn't give them my business. I can't speak to their sales, but if you're looking for any kind of repair, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. read more

Although this shop is knowledgeable in watch repair, this is the 2nd time I've come to this shop within 2 weeks and it was not open during its stated hours. If you can't get your butt down to your place of business at your stated opening time, post later hours. It is disrespectful to waste other peoples time and gas. I get an emergency can come up, but when I asked an employee later in the day there was no good reason. I also ask another mall vendor and she said they often open late. Initially, I wish to express my deep regard and support for small businesses. Regrettably, my recent encounter with the repair service has been disheartening. The issue began when I sought to modify my pendant, fixed with an irremovable chain. I asked if they could craft two rings allowing for varied chain usage. A courteous lady quoted $60 each for the rings and an additional $60 for labor, totaling $180. Concerned about the cost, I requested they consult the jeweler about using my gold for the rings and awaited the final bill promised by week's end. Upon their call, they informed me the pendant was ready for pickup. However, I was handed an invoice totaling $250, surprising me as my gold hadn't been used. They offered to purchase 2 grams of my gold for $44, plus payment of $140 from my end. Despite my displeasure, I decided to quickly complete the deal, wanting to get my pendant and leave.To my disappointment, the chain loop was too small and I could not connect it to any chain. I returned and showed them another pendant with a large ring and asked them to made the same My pendant was originally made from rose and white gold. When I came to pick it up, my pendant was evenly plated with yellow gold. We didn't discuss this. I didn't ask for it. For me this is a very important thing and it was ruined at my own expense. They offered to fix it, but I didn't want to leave the pendant a third time. I would advise against this repair service, particularly if you hold personal and precious items. Also, I had my watch battery replaced there, but after that I discovered that the watch was running 30 min behind each day.
