I have a fairly expensive watch that stopped working. Another watch store more local told me they wanted a few hundred dollars to ship it to Switzerland just for them to tell me what was wrong with the watch. I cheaply took it to a local battery changer and they charged me $100 to fix my watch, but messed it up terribly.... I should have taken it to Watch Works from the get-go. Really glad I found Watch Works! I have a Burberry watch my mom bought me a couple years ago. It's my favorite watch and I use it everywhere I go. For some reason, one of the dashes (instead of numbers) had fallen inside the watch. I took my watch and they had it ready within less than 20 minutes. It was super cheap! Nick is a stand up guy, very helpful and honest. I had a broken button on my Tag Heuer for years now. I've taken it to various places and the average price to fix it was about $280. The watch still functioned, but the top button was not working properly; it was not clicking when pushed down. I took the watch in to Nick to have it looked at, and doing a quick evaluation, he quoted me $270. He said he did need to open the watch to get a better idea, but I opted out. After deciding to hold back on the repair, I took the watch back just to have the battery changed. While changing the battery, Nick dissected the watch to get a better look at it and he suggested to keep it to have the watchmaker look at it. The price to finally fix the broken button was under $100. I would definitely use this business again for ay of my watch needs. read more

I have been dealing with Nick at Watch Works for 20 years, he has serviced my Raymond Weil watch over the years and my wife and I have purchased 3 watches from Nick. I recently have had a problem with the stainless band on my watch coming loose. One of the links kept falling off and luckily I have found it all 3 times, I called Nick and he told me to bring it in. Nick explained the repairs he would need to do and in a couple of days he called me and told me it is ready. The band looks great, he had the link laser soldered from behind and has assured me it will not come off again. I just recommended Nick to my friend from Napa who is in the process of shopping his Omega watch to Nick for the repairs.
