I've been staying in the Fort Lee area amid the COVID quarantine and I was recommended this place by a friend. They offered no contact pick up and drop off! I spoke with the owner and he said that he is offering no contact pick up and drop offs for neighboring towns, so I would take advantage of this for those who live in Montclair, Clifton, Jersey City, Hoboken, etc. I was shocked at how nice the owner is. I checked the reviews and was shocked at what I read. As I spoke to the owner, he said he just purchased this store Apparently the ownership changeso the previous reviews are a very unreliable. The owner was very nice and accommodating and my clothes came back in great condition. The prices were also very affordable! I love supporting small businesses and will definitely continue to come here even after the quarantine ends!! read more

This is by far the worst dry cleaners. I took my down coat to be clean when I picked it up the three front zippers had changed color from silver to copper, I spent $600. On this coat Watchung plaza cleaners ruined it. They refused to help me. Watchung plaza cleaners charged me $29.00 ruined my coat and did not take any responsibility refused to say sorry claimed it was the fault of the coat not their problem. Watchung plaza cleaners ruined my favorite down coat I would not trust them with any of my clothes. Never going there again. read more

Great service. They don't export any of their services and have a dry cleaning machine in-house, so that's a plus. Most dry cleaners send off their clothes to a third-party. This makes them a little more expensive, but it's worth the buck. read more

We've been using Watchung cleaners for years, even though they are not the most convenient to where we live. Unfortunately, we just got our first shredded shirt back! When we came back with it, they said that's how it came in and that they didn't clean it, but they also charged us for the cleaning and didn't say anything at all when it was picked up. Sorry that after 10+ years using them, looks like we need to find another cleaner in town. read more
