Been coming here for years now after the local grocery store with its 4 vending machines closed down and I see no reason to stop. We usually come in with 5-6 big jugs and 1 small one we had left over. The whole process goes like this: 1. You hand the empty gallons over. If you have a lot, put them one one of the two carts they have lying around. 2. The water guy takes each of the gallons and gives it a quick rinse before setting them under a faucet (up to six at a time). 3. While the water fills up, he throws away the older cap and replaces with a new one unless the lid is a screw-in. Hopefully he recycles the old ones. 4. Either he or you grab the filled up water gallon, pay him, and be on your merry way. You can also buy alkaline water, ice, and maybe extra gallons & dispensers. Since it is a small business, sometimes there are used movies and video games they're trying to get rid of. I do wonder why there is a newspaper pic of some Armenian soccer player at the place. There used to be a Latino guy and he was pretty chill. He even explained that the quality of water is constantly checked by safety inspectors to make sure the water is properly filtered and cleaner than tap water. But he left and now there are some Armenians that take his place. When you go depends on who you get: either some one who rather not be there, or a cheery guy who tries his best to get your business. They both pale in comparison to the former guy, but what can you do? There is a parking lot that is empty most of the time, but I always just park in front of place by the corner as that's faster. Almost everyone has the same idea and does that too, so keep that in mind. If you come at a time that they are closed, they do have two machines outside. I wouldn't recommend it, as they're not maintained often. Otherwise the water quality is superb! That, along with the good value and fast speed makes it my regular everytime we are running low. read more

The same owners are also located at 420 North Glenoaks Water Ice store which both places the older men that work at both places are rude and look at you as if you're trash to them because you're not one of their own ethnicity. They will look at your car and ask you to move your car away from the business. They only want their friends and ethnicity to have those parking spaces. When you type in 430 North Glenoaks Water Ice nothing pulls up because they don't want you to write a yelp review but I have seen many times the same employees and managers owners working at both locations. I personally can't stand both of these locations because they are rude and look at you like you don't belong at our business so leave. When the water gets warm leaving in room temperature it will taste like toilet water which I have told both locations about and NO REFUND. There is something scammy going on at both locations with the water issue tasting like toilet water when the water in the water jug gets warm. You can smell the water in the water jug and it smells very weird when the water gets warm. read more

For the Coin-op machines outside the store, at least the one on the right, when paying with bills, make sure to pay attention to the illustration on how to insert the bill. It must be face front but upside down. I inserted a dollar right side up and the machine did not start. The person in the store said no refunds. read more

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Manny is the workers name i believe...he is so nice and goes out of his way to help u carry the bottles out of ur car and carry them back to ur car...and refuses to let u lift a finger... besides the customer service...they have the best tasting water.. now some people might think that all water tastes the same but i love water sooo much..i carry a bottle of water with me at all times..and believe me when i tell u the water they sell here is the best tasting water ever!!! i love this water sooo much that when i go to a friends or relatives house i take an empty water bottle and fill it up with the water they sell here because i refuse to drink any other water...souds crazy right?? just try it and ull see...i can asure u...that u wont wanna drink any other water read more

Got water from here a couple of times and i found the service to be the worst. Guy has a major attitude problem. Anyway, the review is for the water quality. I am very picky with my water source. I happened to get water from them a couple of times and I noticed taste that i wasn't used to. Measured the ppm and it checked out high. Something suggests they don't change their filters on time or filters suck. read more

My family has been getting water from here for over 14yrs. The man there is very friendly, carries on a conversation with you and asks how you are. Always helps you take the bottles to and from your car. Reasonable prices and great-tasting clean water. We're here on almost a weekly basis. Wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

Best water in the world. I call it "home water" and prefer it to any and all bottled water out there. We get 6 of those 5 gallon bottles filled here and it lasts about 3 weeks in my family. They clean out your bottles fill them up with the best water ever and help load the bottles in your car. It costs less than $10, which is what it costs for a couple bottles of water from a fancy vending machine these days. read more

This little store is Fantastic with the best price for alkaline water in LA. $1.00 a gallon. Pretty good prices on bottles and such. They have fantastic hours which has them open from 9:00 am till 9:00 pm 7 days a week. They are worth the trip! read more

my family has been buying water from this one location for years. the guy who works this place is just so kind and happy. always has a smile on his face and will always greet you as so as he sees you. very kind man, every time my mother goes he does not let her touch a single gallon. he comes out to the car gets the empty bottles and goes back in to fill them. he always rinses out your plastic bottle before he refills them. service is great he he'll get the job done fast. whips the outer surface of the bottle and he himself will put it back into your car. and here is the craziest part. while he was filling my empty bottles, I took out my wallet to pay and realized I had no cash, nothing but cards. I told him and he said "it's fine just bring it back next time". I was shocked not many people are that cool. he didn't hold my bottles hostage or anything! defiantly the best place to get water in Glendale. supper clean tasting water ! read more

Service has taken a huge dive since the Hispanic staff member left. The 2 usual guys working their will greet you slack-jawed, with a glazed look in their eyes. Maybe they're highly medicated, maybe they've mentally checked out. They hate their job and show it with their half-hearted service. read more

I did not experience the friendly service. Was told I couldnt park on the lot even though another customer who he seemed friends with was doing so and the man working there didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in and said hello. I really needed water but just left and went 15 min to Glendale instead where I found great service and water. Customer service is very important! read more
