Clean facility, but beware of purchasing packages! If you're moving out of the area and are not able to use the entire package, they will not refund you the difference of the unused sessions. I had a colonic done beginning of the year and have moved. Requested to get my money back as I obviously have move do, but they will not refund it. I always ask for Lily. This was my first time at this location. I received the hydration facial and boy did I need it with this weather right now. It was a more then reasonable price for a little over an hour, which included a face, head, upper back, and upper chest massage and she cleansed my face followed by multiple beautifully fresh scented serums she did extractions followed by a frequency wand and much more. I've wanted to try colonics for over a decade. Fast forward over a decade later my digestion is f**ked, I'm always in pain, bloated and swollen and uncomfortable from eating anything and everything. I've been suffering like this for 3.5 years and this week I was at my worst. I decided this morning I couldn't put it off anymore and came in the same day. I called and spoke with Maggie, who was full of information and helpful tips on what to eat, talked me through on what to expect so I wouldn't be surprised my first time. She was very sweet and helpful and I'm sad I wasn't able to meet her by the time I arrived. Connie was my technician. She was very nice and came to my assistance whenever I needed her. She checked on my regularly to see if I was ok and gave me instructions on self care after the session. She gave me trace minerals and probiotics which I happily drank up. The facility is nice with restrooms and showers for cleaning yourself up. No one tried to upsale me. There is a slight language barrier but it was ok and totally workable. I'll be returning for future sessions until my tummy is healed. My only regret is that this place is a bit far for me and I didn't buy the 3 session package today. But prices are very reasonable. Good experience overall. My tummy is feeling better than it was this morning. I'll be back soon. read more

Thank you, Water Cube for giving me a good detox! I recently came in with an appointment for their ionic foot bath. It was my first time doing anything like this but the staff made it so easy and comfortable. The best thing about this is you get to sit in a massage chair in a private room while you soak your feet and detox away! There's a chart that actually shows you where you're detoxing from depending on the color your water turns into. I'm excited to go back and try out their infrared sauna and other services they offer! The facility is all brand new so everything is clean, beautiful, and modern. This is definitely a very Americanized Asian spa hahaha, love it! read more
