I got a call from Villanueva which offered a free inspection within an hour after the phone call. The crew showed up on time and listened to my concerns and then went over the expectations of the inspection and their initial thoughts on what the problem could be. Right away they found some faulty valves which were affecting the operation of some of the sprinkler "zones." They also found that my control panel was not working correctly and no longer powering on some of the sprinklers in my backyard (which I completely forgot were even there!). We had some storms roll through recently which knocked out power to my home, which is consistent with the electrical problems that they discovered. They were very fair with pricing and instilled a sense of confidence in the work that they provided. They replaced a few of my sprinkler heads, a valve, and my control panel. My irrigation system now works flawlessly. Once they installed the control panel they took their time in explaining to me how it works and even walked through my front and backyard to ensure that it's all working properly.
