Great Customer Service by Robert and Carlos Water Heater started to leak on Sunday 3/4/2018. Made calls and web inquiries, not expecting anyone to come out on a Sunday since leak was minimal, but wanted to at least schedule a replacement Monday. Robert was the only one who called back. He immediately asked questions to determine how critical the leakage was and was prepared to come out Sunday evening if needed. I told Robert it was not critical but wanted it replaced Monday before it became a bigger issue. Unit was 16 years old. Robert agreed and proceeded to schedule replacement on Monday. Carlos came out promptly at 9:00 am and began work. Drained and removed old water heater. Gave us a heads up that no water will be available next hour or so. He also answered all my questions in detail. After completion of new water heater, he provided step by step instructions on how to start and shut off pilot. After my multiple attempts to relight the pilot light on my water heater were futile, I realized I needed a professional's help. Excellent, prompt service!!!! Our water heater went "kaaapuuutz!" and one cold shower was one too many. We wanted next day service and install. Great Customer Service, very polite, great response time, professional, quality work for a prices that are less than other businesses, hard worker and was right on time. He came at 6 in the evening and was welcoming of my nosey questions. He was able to explain the issue with my pilot light and he shared some information about my specific brand of water heater and also explained the part he was replacing and he was simultaneously doing all his work. He made sure it was staying lit before charging me and advised me to wait 30 minutes before using hot water to give it a chance to heat. I was looking to hire someone to do the actual installation and hired Robert and his company. Robert and an assistance changed out our old 75 gal water heater and installed a new 50 gal. heater. Our kids are out of the house and with our changing circumstances felt a 50 gallon would be sufficient. In a phone conversation we discussed the installation process and a price range. Robert was great from the get go. We spoke on the phone and I explained to him what was going on with our water heater where it was making a high pitched noise when the burner is ON. He asked me a few questions about the symptoms as to when it happens and which part of the heater (burner, top/bottom pipe,etc).
