The current owner, Brian, doesn't care if his company's repair job is done correctly or fixes the issue they were paid to fix. We hired Foundation Worx to add support under a hallway in our home. The job was done incorrectly, creating a large bulge in our bedroom floor and causing substantial drywall damage. I emailed Brian immediately and received no response. After calling the company a couple times, they finally sent out a salesman who doubled down on the improper repair and claimed there was no need to make any adjustments or corrections. We hired a structural engineer who confirmed the job didn't resolve our hallway issue and actually made it worse. We sent a Right To Repair letter certified mail to Brian, which he was supposed to respond to within 30 days. Brian did not respond. After waiting over seven weeks for a response that never came, I emailed Brian again and asked for a refund, as our house experienced significant further damage while we were jumping through these hoops trying to get a resolution from Foundation Worx. Brian finally responded but only offered to repair their project, 6+ months after they broke our house. This repair should have been offered to us immediately. As we could not trust Foundation Worx to repair our home properly or in a timely manner, we paid another company to do it. I requested a refund from Brian multiple times and this request was ignored. Save yourself the nightmare we went through and hire another company.

Sometime last summer with all the hard rains I ended up with a leak in the back corner. I didn't know about it for months but my HOA, who won't touch anything foundation, did send someone out and with some basic testing found a spot on the outside which correlates to where the water comes inside. Since I didn't discover the problem for months there is some mold on the baseboards and edges of the carpet. I called Foundation Worx to get an estimate and explained the issue. The woman who answered the phone first told me that they couldn't do anything until the mold was taken care of! REALLY! I questioned that since if repairs are done inside before the foundation repairs are done and then we get heavy rain, I end up with new inside damage to be repaired. I repeated that I wasn't asking them to repair the inside, I wanted an estimate on fixing wherever the leak is on the outside. That's when she told me that because my townhouse was on a slab they couldn't do the repair because they would have to dig down. I'm not foundation expert but I don't see how it's possible to fix any foundation issue without digging down to see/fix that area of the foundation! Looking at other reviews where people paid deposits upfront and their people never showed - I'm glad they refused me. Stay away from this group!

They came out and did a complete check-out of the system, made some suggestions regarding the outside unit to keep the coils clean, and recommended signing up for their comfort membership plan. I opted to give the membership a try, and I have not been disappointed. They have been consistent with keeping my HVAC system checked out over the year as we change from heat to air. On this most recent visit, Caleb K. checked out the system. He noticed my drain line in the attic had a dip instead of a constant downward grade. We all know what happens when water collects and cant flow. It could have had the potential to back up and cause a water leak. TLDR: I would not hire this company. Not only am I very disappointed with the diagnosis process and…read morethe repair that did not address the issue that I called them for but also with the failure of their management to address my concerns. I called Plumbing Express to investigate and resolve a water leak in my kitchen ceiling. The leak was directly below my master bathroom toilet, which my sister and I had already narrowed down by tapping on the kitchen ceiling downstairs while listening upstairs, where the sound was clearly strongest near the master bathroom toilet. The technician briefly inspected both bathrooms but focused on my sister's bathroom on the opposite side of the house after noticing a damp sponge under the toilet tank. My sister explained the sponge was there because she sprays and cleans the toilet regularly, not because of a leak. The plumber then cut open the kitchen ceiling drywall, stated the leak was coming from the water supply line from my sister's toilet, and performed a complete toilet tank rebuild for $450. After the repair, he gave me a card for a company that performs restorations and recommended I call them to inspect for subfloor damage. When that restoration company arrived, they immediately stated there was no way the ceiling leak could have originated from the secondary bathroom because of the location and no evidence of water stains. They recommended another plumber and a leak detection company come out to find the leak before they performed any work. I contacted a second plumber, who agreed the leak was much more likely connected to the master bathroom toilet directly above the leak area. Finally, I hired a leak detection company, and they also confirmed the leak aligned with the master bathroom location, not the secondary bathroom Plumbing Express repaired. At this point, three separate professionals have stated the leak could not have originated from the bathroom Plumbing Express serviced. I paid $450 for a repair that did not address the actual problem I originally called about. In Response to Ty G: Your response is totally incorrect. I would not have called the second plumber and the leak detection company if your recommended restoration company had not told me that the leak was not identified. The pictures taken are of the secondary bathroom not the master as we discussed in our phone call. It is totally "disingenuous" for you to now state that the master toilet was the issue. This validates everything I thought about your company. Others beware!

The driveway was poured in wet weather and the mix of concrete was not great, because it looks like a splotchy, diseased driveway. He assured us this would fade in time (more than a few months), which is not true, as it has been 2 years. This must be his technique to get the customer to forget about the issue until you don't care anymore. There is also a corner of the driveway that has a significant jagged, surface crack - not a crack from a control joint... He never attempted to fix this either - so his warranty is worth absolutely nothing. The absolute worst, though, was the patio he poured below our deck, in which he poured concrete around our existing deck support beams, which ended up causing them to rot. At the time, I did not know this was an issue, but in researching, this should NEVER be done. Now I have to figure out how to replace the wood and cut out some of the existing patio because of a shortcut his company took to do something the absolute wrong way.
