This is an absolutely awful store. The staff are terribly rude. Jason was very rude to me. It was my first time there and I didn't know where anything was. Instead of helping me and giving me advice, he got very annoyed and made it clear that he wanted me to get out of the store. On top of that, the prices are much higher than in other stores. I've been going here for solutions to difficult plumbing issues for several years. Thankfully only once every few years. They have difficult to find pieces for my house and spa. They are helpful, be patient, most plumbing issues should be well planned and properly executed. read more

Unbelievably rude staff. Brought in a product that I needed fixed or replaced. And the manager there at the time I went started rolling his eyes and yelling at me before I can Finnish asking my question on what I needed. Long story short the Manager refused to help me with my product. I've been to this store 4 times and each time has been very unpleasant. I don't understand how a whole staff would be so rude there. I will never go here again. And I don't recommend this place at all. Make the drive to Grainger and they'll have everything this place has but with out the horrible attitude problems. read more

Where everyone knows your name.. Water rite is a plumbing store. They have everything you might need from pvc to sinks. I come here for pipe an fittings most of the time. Sometimes copper or concrete boxes. When I walk in they all say hi Ricky. Love that about any place. Josh the shaved head goatee guy is always in a helpful an good mood. Kim is mostly the paper work girl. But she always goes out of her way to say hi.The manager guy makes his rounds to make sure everyone is being helped. Ed the younger guy, often see him doing all the projects an helping in the yard is one of my favorites for sure. Always happy. And don't forget Ed the counter guy. Often wearing a camo hat. Worst customer service ever! The man I talked to was so rude that I hope to never have to deal with this company ever again.

I have been using Water Rite for all of my plumbing and irrigation needs on my ranch/farm for 20 years. I have seen a dramatic drop in customer service and today was the last straw. I will never pay to be treated like crap by an employee. When I attempted to speak to a manager I was told they are to busy to speak with me. I walked out leaving my parts on the counter. I have always tried to shop locally with small business even though you sometimes pay more. I will go to bigger plumbing supply companies now for my irrigation needs. Its a real shame someone feels the need to treat customers in that manor. read more

I'm only giving one star because I KNEW what I needed and was able to find it.. the customer service is horrendous.. I talked to a heavy set bearded man that said I didn't need what I was looking for and proceeded to try and sell me something that was 5 times the price of what I was looking for.. I was able to bear with his disrespectful and condescending attitude because I needed my parts for a job.. I came here 10 minutes before they closed, just in time before Josh locked the doors. I explained to him that my shower wasnt turning on the water. I showed him a pictures of the cartridge and he offered me this kit that comes with everything to make a shower faucet. He said he'll refund it if the cartridge dont fit mine at home. it didnt fit. So the next day i decided to take my nonworking cartridge along with the kit he sold me to get a refund. Josh gave me a refund and because he didnt have the cartridge i needed he suggested he add some lubrecated grease on to the little mechanism inside the cartridge in hopes that itll fix the problem. When i got home i put the old cartridge back in my shower and guess what? It magically starts working again. Both hot and cold water works. And i didnt even have to replace it with a new one. Josh is a very knowledgeable cool guy. He does his best to help you. This place got my support for all my water needs. Thank Josh! read more

Worst customer service ever ! I put in a special order pre paid for 1" gas pipe cut and threaded they were happy to take my money! Told me they were short staffed so wouldn't be next day I said ok Monday then. They said no problem. I called them Monday afternoon. Cuzz they didn't call me. Said they were working on it and would call when done. No call. Tuesday am I call they say die broke but getting new one and will be done. No call 1p I call again. Waiting for part. Just a die !!!! Cost me 2days !!!!! Still waiting. Do not shop here !!!! read more

I have actually been a customer here for over twenty years now, I had a moment where I moved and it wasn't quite as accessible as before so I had a brief absence from purchasing there but when I did return to the area they were still here several years later and the same people were still working there. since I came back to doing business there they have come to loose employees and gaining new ones, still see Mikes face there as he does own the place and as for the new employees well not really considered new anymore after working there for several years but they are all just as friendly as always and willing to do their best to assist you. If you asked anyone of them how they like their job then you will get nothing less than a great response in that they like working here where they are like family to their selves as they are to every customer that walks in. and a great sense of humor to add. if you are a serious person they will be serious in helping you, if you have a sense of humor they will be more than happy to joke with you so if you want a place that treats you more like a person than a product this is the place to go. They are as good as family to me and I love this place for the people who work there and the service to give. when you get frustrated and cannot get that fitting to work then take a break and go here to get your part you need and you will leave with a much better attitude. Just came back from Water Rite after being treated disrespectfully there by the middle age white salesman. He and a heavy set woman with bandaids on her face were standing behind the counter and totally ignored me when I walked up. When I asked for help to find a certain item, the middle age man tried to help at first. He then got upset that he could not find it and angrily said, "We're open til 6, help yourself or come back with a picture (of the item)!". I was shocked by his disrespectful tone and as I walked out I said to him, "You have bad customer service, sir." He replied "Ok"....no apologies or acknowledgement of what he did. Over the years, I have bought thing from them because they sometimes have things that I cannot find at big box stores. But I always disliked the unfriendly, tempermental attitude of this same man and the woman. I put up with them until today. I do not plan to go back there anymore. read more
