I'm going to post photos with this review because Emigh always has the hardware I need and it is mostly in the cutting room as they call it. Fantastic knowledgeable customer service, rewards program adds value, seasonal plants this business does business right. I also love how they partner with local scouting programs. If I am competing a project, odds are I will visit Emigh more than once to get it done.

The prices are abit higher then Home Depot but you pay for the convienence and the personalized service. They dont have the same huge selection but for everyday home repair stuff they usualy have exactly what you need. On top of that, Kira the checker went above and beyond helping my mom. She no longer had the Ace Rewards app on her Samsung phone and wasn't sure how to check for coupons. Kira patiently helped her download the app, get everything set up again, and even found a $5 coupon that my mom was able to use toward the purchase of her screens. It's rare to find this level of friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring customer service. The entire experience was phenomenal from start to finish. The store was busy, but these two employees still went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I needed to make the project happen. Just in time for Earth Day! On another occasion, Ryan helped my mother-in-law with her kitchen remodel. Ryan was patient, knowledgeable and gave her all the information she needed to get the ball rolling. It's nice knowing there are still people who actually care about the customer, not just the bottom line. I highly recommend this location!

When they are busy, it can take some time to find help, but I have found the pro desk to be extremely responsive and helpful. They helped me with getting a pro account started as well as responsive when I needed to return items. They have a great variety of lumber and home and garden items. Occasionally their lumber is a little warped so you have to spend some time looking through it. Their plant sections seem to be well maintained, and the plants we have purchased have always been healthy.

Every time I came here. All three times and and I've not lived in SacTown very long. The customer service here is great. The staff is always friendly and welcomes me in. They answer questions, they provide service. They explain the return policy when there is something other than a normal return. I was looking for a particular item and could not find it. The man took me to where the item was supposed to be. He said that they were out but he would get more from the back. Two minutes later he returned with my item and replenished the empty spot. The store is always neat and clean and the shelves are always neat and well stocked (see above). I go to Harbor Freight to get items at discount prices. I need a couple of blue tarps to protect my lawn when I hug up an area. The tarp was going in to the trash afterward. Why spend $30 at Lowe's when I can spend $7.99 at HF?? This is a great HF stor and I will continue to shop here.
