When the transfer happened from Sparkletts to Primo the account was wrong, we get biweekly deliveries, when I finally got them to call me by selecting that option when I called them, they tell me I'm on monthly service. We were completely out of water 4 days ago, on Monday when they called me they set my delivery for today, did the water get delivered? Nope and no call or acknowledgment of the error.

I've used the service for about three years and they had another period about a year ago where they missed two deliveries, meaning I went without water for over months. On this most recent series of missed deliveries, I called after the first missed delivery in late April and they said I would have the missed delivery on the next regularly scheduled delivery date of May 4. That day went by and after two weeks, I was hoping they would make the next schedule delivery on May 19, but it was also missed. It has been six weeks since my last delivery and no telling when my next one will arrive. They are going through their second acquisition over the past few years, with each one being more disruptive on deliveries. I plan to search for a more dependable provider, or do without a water delivery service. Review update: it just keeps getting worse. I went online today and my account now says my next delivery will be June 4, thereby missing the scheduled May 19 delivery by another two weeks and totaling three missed bi-weekly deliveries. I searched their site for a means to send correspondence directly to them since I could not get them on the phone, but the site is not very accommodating for communication. The chat directs you to preset choices that don't appear to allow for a narrative comment. I don't have an endless amount of time to keep searching for how you can direct comments to Primo Brands and am better off finding a more customer friendly provider.

I took my Polaris there I had to return it several times for them to fix it correctly. I just walked in there looking for simple parts. There was only was guy there attempting to assist 5 customers. The poor guy seemed frustrated. He was working on a Polaris, attempting to answer questions. One of the customers asked for a bulb. "Sorry we are out". I asked for a seal same answer. I wish management would notice the diminishing service and sales. Like me I went somewhere else to spend my money.

Took in a water sample on a Sunday afternoon. Several other samples waiting. I said I'd come back…read more When I did a few hours later, he handed me my summary. Very low alkanity, very low Calcium. Very high phosphates. I had done my own phosphate and alkanity test just that week, both good. So this result was odd. Ended up buying $50 of Calcium Carbonate to raise that level. After putting that in the pool, bought a really accurate multi-test kit from Amazon. My Calcium Hardness was now almost too high! Found out they had switched the water samples. I had someone else's test results. They were good about refunding the chemical cost, but that could have been bad. So I re-did all my tests myself using the new kit, then took in another water sample. This time I got my results from their testing. Get this- Every one of their results would have resulted in a chemical purchase. They were just outside the ranges in every case. Either too low or too high to my results. Let's talk about that. The popular tests are Total Alkalinity, Chlorine, Calcium hardness and phosphates. These all have acceptable ranges. If a test came in within range, they would not sell any chemicals. But, if the test came in just below or above the range, then voila, they sell chemicals. I am convinced their tests are tweaked in such a way as to make them sell chemical. Your phosphate is too high, your total ALKALINITY is too low, your Ca Hardness too low, or your PH too high. Sales galore. And because these are wide ranges (Alkalinity is 80-120, Tot Ca 200-400, PH 7.4-7.8, Phosphates 0-300) they can be outside the range, sell you chemical, and even if the correct number is within range, the addition of their sale won't push it out of range. See what I mean? It's a scam. Bottom line, buy your own test kit. Don't use them for testing. You don't need to be buying a chemical to stay within your good range.......if your test is off, then buy it as needed....
