Stay away from this car wash. They do not care about their customers. My wife got in line to get the outside of her SUV washed. It started going through the automatic car wash. All of a sudden with her windshield covered in soap, she felt an impact. Somehow her SUV was pushed into the back of a Mercedes. Bear in mind this occurred with the vehicle in neutral. The car wash attendees got their manager on the phone. He refused to listen or do anything about their faulty equipment. They pointed to a sign that indicated that they are not responsible for damage. A normal person would think that would apply to a license plate being bent (by the way this happened on another visit) or an antenna being bent. I would think your equipment ramming two vehicles together would be an exception to their sign. read more

3rd and final time to try this place. Short staffed, car wash malfunction and over an hour waiting for my car to be completed. We were one of three cars in the detail bay. Staff are working their hearts out for whoever owns this place. Kudos to the staff. Shame on management. Will not ever come back. read more

After coming to get my vechile detailed it was still dirty not fully vacumed and had dirt and sand still in car . You can get a better job a genie car wash for 15.00 compared to the 70.00 paid for a service never finished and looked like never started . read more

This place is a joke. I made an appointment for 10am a week prior to have some detailing done on my truck. I figured it was close to the house and it seemed reasonable. When I got there today to drop off the truck, the manager claimed not to do any car detailing like advertised on their website. He also claimed to have no appointment for me as well. So, I drive out of sight and called auto spa. I ask if they do detailing on vehicles like advertised. The manager said yes and asked what I would like to have done. I then reveal to the manager that I was the guy that just left that he told they do not do auto detailing that this place is a car wash only spot. The manager then began to claim he didn't recall anyone one having an appointment for today and was nervous to tell me. So this manager that worked on 1/30/16 at 10am turned away business, has no integrity and by the looks of the way he was running things has no clue on what he is doing. I took my car in today and paid for the $15.00 wash and express detail. I was extremely pleased with the time the manager took detailing the inside and outside of the car. Everyone was very friendly and I will definitely go back and I highly recommend this new business. I'm sure if there is something you aren't satisfied with if you will just tell the attendant they will promptly take care of if for you. read more

Excellent wash, friendly and professional service. I just had them do a standard wash and my truck came out looking great! The tires weren't even dressed but they came out looking glossy and shiny as if they had been. Plus, they have free vacuums available all the time! Give them a try. read more

I went to Water Works last weekend and was so impressed with the service I received! They did such a wonderful job on the outside and inside. While I was waiting the manager kept everyone in the lobby updated on the progress of their cars. I would highly recommend this location. I have gone to many carwashes and this is by far the best! read more

Purchased the $10.00 wash 10/2/16. My car still had soap on it when the cycle was over. Dried with spots all over and did not clean very well at all. The pre-wash is a joke, the attendees hardly touched my car with the brushes and did a portion of one side only. Very unsatisfied! read more

I give these guys 4 stars for always doing what they can for me. Everyone has been eager to help me regardless of being Deaf. I'm a regular and they treat me like a valued customer. I have yet to complain about anything really. I have the monthly plan of $24.99 and am liking it. However, not every time I go is a great experience. It sucks when they have to close down due to a malfunction. I did get a free hand wash and interior clean that made up for it the same day. The reason why I'm giving only 4 stars is the fact that I too have experienced poor detailing work, not everybody doing the same work as the guy(s) on the other side of the car, and forgetting to vacuum the back/trunk, etc. So, it's not always ideal to get their ultimate service or whatever cost more. Just get the basic monthly car wash package and if the car doesn't get cleaned the way you want it then make a second or third pass until satisfied. After all, you have the "unlimited" package, right?! As for the interior, if it's that filthy then clean it yourself since that part is always free after you go through. As for allowing anything to go through that will get the rollers stuck and such, that's just stupid! If I was the owner, I'd be pissed with possible damage to the structures and be sure my employees are held accountable. That's just common sense! read more

Took my truck in for a "full service" wash today. Totally disappointed! This isn't even close to a full service wash. The man there didn't even towel dry very well. I got out and used my own towel while he went back inside. Never go to this place expecting a good car wash. Going back to the car wash next to Honda motorcycle dealer. read more

I have used the full-service car wash each time I have taken each of my three cars here. The car wash itself is good, but the full service portion has a lot to be desired. I know the work is hard and hot, but this is what they are paid for and I tip well. These people lack motivation and a sense of urgency. A normal car wash can take any where from an hour to an hour and a half. Today after waiting over an hour for my car, I was told my car was ready only to find that they had locked my keys in my car. After waiting 5 minutes for the manager to come talk to me, he said he would take me to my house to get my keys. I told him I already had someone on the way with a spare set. He did not apologize or even offer to refund my money. His only response, "things happen." This was a total lack of customer service. Between poor management and the lack of motivation and urgency, I am done with this place. They need new management. read more
