I start to say I already paid but he cuts me off and says rudely "I know that's why I'm asking you what wash so I can let you in." I brought my Pontiac Gto here and paid for the most expensive wash that they offer, including the interior. With a tip, it cost me about $43. The car went through the wash and removed MOST of the dirt. I assumed they would have either sent it through a second time, or removed it by hand. I was wrong on both counts. After the attendant told me my car was ready I was astonished by what was still left on the car. I pointed out portions that looked as if they hadn't been touched, the hood, trunk lid and spoiler, as well as some bird excrement that was still left on the vehicle. After having worked on it for another ten minutes I was still unhappy with the money I'd spent. I am aware that this is not a detail, but it is a $43 dollar car wash. I'd expect someone to have at least wiped the side mirrors. Which also didn't happen. The wheels appeared to be rubbed with some sort of paper towel once. And the seats didn't appear to have been touched at all. As far as the seat goes, I took a wet paper towel and removed the debris easily, and put my own leather conditioner on them because none had been applied which was supposed to be part of the wash. I would not recommend going here if you are looking for a good wash for your money. I have written a review on google that has photos of what I'm talking about if you are interested. Amazing Service - Great Staff - They always get my car perfectly clean. When I purchased my new car they removed decals I requested in the windows. The car looked 10 times better than when it left the dealership. This company cares about its clients and they are active in the Kyle Chamber of Commerce. I really should have listened to the reviews on here because this was a pretty poor experience. Brought my car in and paid for the $21 Ultimate Wash which was supposed to include an interior dust and clean and the hand dry and spot wash. When they were done and I drove off I noticed that nothing had been done but a vacuum inside. I took the car back and told them I hadn't gotten what I paid for. They fixed the issue with some grumbling from the staff but the manager was pleasant and apologetic. Because they fixed it I will give 3 stars but I don't think I'll got back. read more

This is, overall, a great place. It's the only full-service wash in the area that I know of, and they take pride in their work. Great tunnel wash (better than you'd expect), and good detailing services. Free vacuums for those who prefer to clean the interior themselves. They offer decently priced monthly wash plans for vehicles, and while it may seem a little high at first, if you utilize their services about 3 times a month it saves you money. Since I like to keep my car clean and drive a lot, it's a great deal for me. Dependent on the day you may get lax service and longer waits, but this has been few and far between. Seems to be more indicative of being short-staffed than laziness. I highly recommend this place if you live in the Buda, Kyle, or San Marcos area. Give them a try! read more

I used this business multiple times. I took multiple vehicles in and paid for the wash and to have the inside cleaned. First couple of trips were great with the employees doing a fantastic job. I drive a Jeep and had just replaced my antenna due to an offroad mishap (read: I did not remove it). Every time prior employees had removed my antenna so the washing wheels would not break it. There is a sign that even states that it can cause damage to the antenna. The store manager was taking the receipts and when I told him the antenna needed to be removed he refused and said it would be fine. Went through the wash and it broke the antenna. Sure enough when confronted with the damage I told him would happen he refused to even compensate me the price of the car wash. The store manager was confrontational, rude, insulting, and intentional. His manners and level of communication were unbelievable and unbending even though I explained exactly why it should have been removed. I even offered to take it off myself prior to the wash, but he refused since others were waiting. My wife was also poorly treated by this place and the wash was terrible for her SUV. Worse carwash ever I put my car through the wash and the machine punctured 2 of my tires. when I told the manager she played dumb and she said the machine can not do that I told her that I felt the machine hit my car 2 times and the I saw a Metal plate jump up she said that she will take my name and number and that someone will call me. I waited a week they never called me I called the kyle location and the corporate office and both locations never answered the phone so I stopped by the kyle location to cancel my membership because it cost me $250.00 each tire to replace them and they did not pay anything. This is my first time visiting this carwash and was not sure what to expect, but it was conveniently located next to my house, so I thought why not give it a try. My car was pretty dirty on the outside and the inside including the seats from the kids. I purchased the $90 detail package. It was a little more than I ever expected to pay, but figured it would be worth it if they could make my car come back to life again. The wait was a little long, but the out come was great, my seats even looked new again, thanks to the three guys that worked hard on it. I was very satisfied with my service, with only one complaint, I wish they would have paid a little more attention to my windows, because I did have to go home and redo all of the windows. Let me start out by saying the guy in charge yesterday did in fact give me my $21 dollars back (thank you!), but he was NOT able to give me back my 2 hours of waiting I wasted. Or the extra 30 minutes at home I wasted finishing what they started. They were apparently under staffed, but how they managed to complete TWO cars ahead of me who had just showed up, I have no idea. The boys there (literally, they all looked no older than 15) were no help at all and wouldn't even be able to answer my questions if they tried. For instance, why is it i paid more than the other customers there but my car was completely rushed through, just to get me gone? I didn't wait 2 hours for a 15 minute wipe down. That being said, I'll go back for the actual automatic car wash part, but I'll use their free vacuums and do the internal cleaning myself. read more

I work for a small car dealership in texas, and sometimes when I have a last minute sale, I need to get a quick/efficient detail. That's where these guys come in. I've brought them cars ranging from basic Toyota to fully loaded Porsches and they've done a great job every time. They've even put what some people would consider more traditional detailers to shame. The ultimate showroom detail truly is showroom quality from these guys. My family has used this car wash a few times over the past year due to receiving a loaded card as a gift. Concept is spot on; however the execution leaves a lot to be desired. Granted, we only had the basic wash, but there was always left over dirt and road grime at the end. Today, we experienced a machine malfunction created by a patron who thought he could leave his ladder rack on the bed of his Chevy pickup. Not smart...the overhead roller got completely hung up on the ladder rack and prevented his truck from moving forward. Our vehicle was all soaped up and surrounded by the side rollers, making visibility extremely difficult. I could see the truck in front of us and stepped hard on the breaks and hit the horn several times. Unfortunately the belt pushed us into the truck three times before I could see there was no vehicle behind me and put ours in reverse. After laying on the horn a few more times, the operators shut down the car wash and adjusted the hung up roller only after I told them what the problem was. We went back through the wash after it was all clear and finished up. Couldn't see any real damage other than a bent front license plate. When I spoke with a manger about the issue and to help ensure they don't make the same mistake of allowing a ladder racked truck through again, I was informed it's not their problem and if there was any damage, it would have to be resolved between the two patrons - not the establishments liability or problem. How can I not hold you liable after your employees allowed a ladder rack through after telling me you were aware of the problem and it has happened multiple times before. How about you address the issue by not allowing ladder racks in the future? Lucky for us, there is no visible damage; but what if we were in a car and the front hood was dented in? I'd be going after both the driver in front AND the establishment that sent him through. Telling me it's MY problem and that your company has ZERO liability? Lawsuit waiting to happen in the future with someone else. I won't be using them again. read more

In the past I have given this place a 5 star but now, unfortunately they are slipping. Today there was yet another new guy at the front that is supposed to get the bugs off grill and window plus the window and bumper. This guy today didn't get even half of the front of the car and none of the back so when I got down to the vacuums I still had bugs on the grill and window plus bird poop on the back window. I always tell the manager if the front person did a good job but today I told him he did almost nothing. He said they were not going to have a front person anymore because the brushes in washing areagot everything off. He did not say he was sorry my car was not clean, nor did he say I could run it back through the wash. So, ZERO customer service. I had bugs and bird poop. There is a new sign up on the access of 35 heading south that is advertising a new car wash and spa I sure hope they get going with constructions. read more

Used this place for the first time today, 01/19/2014. Was highly impressed with the pre wash, wash, drying and all of the other services I paid for. Two people stayed on my car the entire time. I was so impressed that they did not let the 'hot 70 degree" weather to dry the car,(70 is hot of this time of year). As you may know, sun drying leaves the car streaked and the only way to rid the car of streaks is re-wash it. Not them, they hand dried it, with "clean" towels, "soft" ones at that. They did a good vacuum job and tire blackening treatment. They even vacuumed the motor compartment where every leaf off of my trees had landed,(lol). Took our truck there yesterday and it was half arsed done. When there are TWO guys working on your truck (paid for FULL SERVICE) you expect at least to be able to NOT see streaks on the window. We told the supervisor who had difficulties understanding us but did have another employee interpret, which was good. He personally got in there and cleaned up his employees mistake. I went into the office and the assistant manager whose name was MINDI THORNTON couldn't give BEANS when a customer is telling her that they won't be back to the business because this was the SECOND time I've been there and BOTH times raised my blood pressure because what I payed for wasn't done! All she could do was act annoyed ! Really Ms. Thornton if you don't like your job, FIND ANOTHER ONE!!! People you shouldn't have to rewash your vehicle after wasting your money at this place. There are other car washes in Kyle and San Marcos that you should try over this establishment . The service and detail SUCKS!!!! My husband brought my SUV yesterday to get a wash and a full detail and when we came back to pick it up the tires and rims looked as if they were never touch! So my husband brought it up to one of the employees there and they clean them, but as I looking inside my vehicle I noticed that my leather seats weren't clean. So the manger from that day had came up to me and asked if everything looked good. Well I told him that my seats didn't looked clean and when he was talking to me he was wiping it down with a towel you were able to notice the difference of the dirt being wiped off! So he even told me that it looked to him that who ever detail my vehicle didn't do a good job. He asked me to bring back the vehicle in the morning, so I did. He also told me that he will give me 50% back of what I paid since they did a shit job the first time. Well today we took it back and they fixed their mistakes but they didn't want to give 50% back because the morning manger felt they did a good job today. But my husband told him that the manger from yesterday promise us, so he ended up giving it to us but the same time told us they weren't going to do anymore services on any of our vehicles!! Why are they getting mad when I had to come back the next day so they can fix their damn mistakes!!!!! We paid $150.00 to get it detailed and washed and we expect to get money worth!! So with high prices of what they charger for detailed and the shitty service they provide I'm fine not going back!!!!!!! There's other places that would love my money!!! read more

Terrible experience! The customer service and processes are horrible From the very moment you pull in. It is confusing where to go after the car wash machine and the teenage boy employees are less than helpful. I bought a $90 detail service and waited over an hour and a half before I finally told the guy I had to leave. I had my one year old daughter with me and packed snacks and toys prepared for a wait. However, there was no air conditioning in ANY of the rooms - lobby, office, etc. It was hotter inside the building than outside. They also do not have wi fi or any amenities for while you wait. After the hour and a half wait, I couldn't hold out any longer and told the employee who was still cleaning my car I had to leave. He continued to clean! I put my daughter in her car seat and started the car and put my floor mats back in the car. He just walked away, leaving the rags on my car. My seats were completely soaked. Needless to say, I will not be taking my car here again - it is well worth it to make the 10 minute drive to Austin for a better experience! read more

I won't rate higher due to the unavailability of help when the machines are not working. Each time we have had to make a phone call to get the attention of the employees even though the detailers are in plain view of the machines. Not one of them reaches out to offer their help seeing that you've been sitting in line trying to work the machine to get your car washed. When one of them is down they don't even put a sign block of some sort to direct you to the other line that will be able to take your money and get your car washed. Many of the vacuum cleaners and air pressure blowers are not working. Customer service is NOT great at all and each time I get my vehicle washed there it always comes out not very clean. I would recommend the car wash just down the road instead. If I'm not mistaken, I think its called "patriot car wash." Its right next to peak therapy building. They do an awesome job and are attentive. They take the time to give your car a decent scrub before the wash. Waterworks only gives it a swipe of the brush and pushes you through the wash and it is always dirty. I always have to re wash at home again. To pricey for the wash and customer service they provide. If they can be more alert of the customers around them and act quickly when needed and take a little more pride in helping with giving your car a better scrub I MIGHT give them a 4 star. Don't spend your money there unless you want a sprinkle of water on your car and not care a thing about all the dirt and grime left behind. It's a once in a blue moon when you'll get a decent wash. Good luck to you that decide to take that chance. I know I wont go back. If I can't get it washed at patriot then I'll drive the distance to another wash or do it myself. read more

This afternoon I went into Water Works to get my truck washed and detailed. After the staff had "finished detailing my truck" they came to get me. First off (Timothy) already had an attitude when he came and got me. When I walked up to my truck I noticed that there was still bug juice on it and I pointed it out. He said "oh I will remove that real quick," well he didnt he just started wipping in random areas and I said what about my windshield, he quickly turned to me and said "I will do it for more tips." I said no you will clean my truck like I just paid for it to be washed. Then I noticed that one side of my running boards had been cleaned with Armor All but my back bumper and passenger side running board had not been clean, I asked Timothy about it and he said "That's something extra I do, but I only wanted to do one side." I replied I didn't ask you to do in the first place. He replied "You better lose the attitude." I quickly asked to speak to the manager. After stating my case to the manager (Miguel) and realized that he wasn't going to do anything to help the situation either, I asked him to plase stop touching my truck and that I would take my business elsewhere. Oh and did I mention that not one time did Miguel try to make things better or offer to give me my 31 dollars back. They are all just RUDE and NEED to go to Customer Service Training! Me being a business owner of two business, if I EVER thought that this is how my employees treated our customers I would be appalled and would make changes quickly! This is something that NEEDS to be fixed and I have contacted corporate as well, but they have yet to return any of my phone calls. read more

They don't offer any complimentary towels to dry or detail your car. You would think that with these prices they still would!
