Hi just want to put Madisonville Marine on the map. I recently wanted to do a repower on a boat I…read morehave been working on for quite a while but I got some bad information that this place didn't do repowers only rigged new boats. I took a chance and called them and yes they do repowers so I ended up talking with Dave Carnes the salesman and he verified they could do the work. So I towed my boat to him so he could evaluate the hull and discuss what wants I needed on the boat. We came up with a plan of engine replacement and some additions I asked for. He said it might take a while which there were customers ahead of me in which I understand I was in line for my turn. I expected 3-5 weeks out on it but was calling me the first week with updates where we were at. By the second week they were installing the engine and ready for lake testing to get the prop pitch right and were ready for me to pick it up. This place is top notch and the customer service is incredible. Their mechanics went above and beyond with fabrication and replacing possible issues that could trouble me. I also want to give a shout out to Jonathan the parts manager for setting me up with everything I need to service this engine as it breaks in. Thanks to all these people that were involved in bringing my boat back to life. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for the best service anywhere.
