I'm extremely disappointed with the service from Watercraft Direct. We brought in two jet skis for service and recommended repairs, spending a decent amount on the repairs. After waiting nearly a month, we finally attempted to use them, only to find that neither one would even start even after installing a new marine grade battery. What's even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication afterward. I've repeatedly tried contacting both the mechanic and the owner Justin to resolve the issue, but my calls and messages have been ignored. No acknowledgment, no follow-up, and no accountability. When customers spend that kind of money, they expect repairs to actually fix the problem and at the very least receive responsive customer service when issues arise. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience here. I cannot recommend this business based on the poor workmanship and lack of professionalism we've dealt with. I brought my 2023 Yamaha FX Cruiser SVHO here because the owner recommended spraying Gator Glide on the hull for "better performance and protection." He specifically said he would test it in the water and remove it if it didn't work well. After the job, the boat became extremely unstable -- especially when decelerating at high speed on calm water. Steering wobbles badly, the boat slides sideways, and it's genuinely unsafe with passengers. I contacted them multiple times with zero response. They completely ghosted me for four months. I eventually had to go to their location and leave a note on the door. Only then did a friend of the owner open the warehouse and return my boat. The friend kept saying he was "just helping." There was no crane or proper equipment -- my friend and I had to manually lift and move the heavy jet ski from a small car onto the trailer ourselves. The Gator Glide is still on the boat. No testing was done, no removal was offered, and zero accountability. This coating has ruined the handling of an otherwise excellent Yamaha. Extremely disappointed. Do not use this shop. read more

Justin and the crew at watercraft direct really came to my rescue! We had been rear-ended out on the highway on our way back from San Dimas. Our van and the trailer right out from under the skis was totaled. 1 ski hit the ground. As you know with fiberglass, it's like dropping an egg. I was horrified and in tears. We were thankfully okay physically but my 26 year-old 1995 Kawasaki stand up 750 SX and 750sxi where hurt pretty bad. From the wreck I texted Justin and he came to my rescue having the wrecking truck just bring the trailer and everything straight to him. I took it in for what I thought was going to be in the normal service. It was used Sea-Doo that I bought last season. Very honest and knowledgeable shop. Justin was very helpful over the phone and in person. We originally took our jetski to the dealer because it would not start after shutting it off. They said it was a bad crank and wanted an additional $342.68 to pull the motor to break it down to further inspect it. We ended up taking it to watercraft direct for a second opinion and it turned out to only be a stuck bendix on the starter. The long list of items that the dealer said were bad only turned out to be a $50 part and $100 in labor. It's nice to find an honest jet ski repair shop that knows what they are doing. read more

Called lady was very nice full of information and attemtative (I'm sorry I didn't remember any names' :/ I was so excited to get going) overall equipment was in tip top shape they explained every detail to ensure a great time. Made sure I was completely comfortable before driving away with the PWC. Equipment was great no mishaps at all. And stayed open late just so I can get my PWC the day I request even though I showed up 1 1/2 hour late to pick them up :/ overall I enjoy my time with them and I am definetly going back more to rent them out catch me there next weekend again! I am very happy with the service my 2012 Yamaha Waverunners (and I) received this past week at Watercraft Direct. I've always been a "just take it to the dealership" kind of guy but after paying $500 each for annual tune-ups at a Yamaha dealer, I finally decided to look for an alternative. I have to admit I was a bit nervous about doing so. But Justin, the owner, was terrific and was patient with all my questions when I called. I dropped the trailer off in the morning and both Waverunners were done by early afternoon. He pointed out several things the dealer had actually done incorrectly the last time I had it serviced at the Yamaha dealer. I saved money and found my new Waverunner shop. read more

Great customer service from these guys!!!! Could not be happier that I found these guys. I was having some electrical issues with my 2015 Waverunners , called them up and they told to to bring them in. I got there and they had me back the trailer up to the back area and they started looking at a few things. The mechanic hooked up a charger to it and in just a few moments it started right up. They had me leave the trailer there for a bit and while they just checked to ensure it was just that the batteries were a little low they charged them up Came back about an hour and half later and sure enough it was what they thought. The batteries just went a little low sense they had sat for 3 months. The prices from these guys was amazing as well. The local dealerships wanted over 100 bucks each before they could even look at them. Top notch customer service and pricing. Anyway to give these guys some extra bonus stars!!!!!! I was impressed with all of the positive Yelp reviews and called them regarding repair of my Sea Doo. After 4 messages to service every other day, no one returned my call. I then tried calling their sales dept. where I got a live person who said they would immediately call someone at service right then to call me back. No one called back. I then waited until after Labor Day thinking that their workload should have slowed down and left a final message to service that I was making my last attempt. No one called back.
