Paid for the most expensive package you can get, this was the results. You can see where their machine cleaned and all the stuff they missed. Prior to entering car wash I asked if it being a Jeep would be okay for their machine. Which the lady attendant stated yes it wouldn't be issue. Yes I don't expect it to be spotless since it's a machine wash but nevertheless they missed over 1/3 of the vehicle. When I complained I was offered a rewash for free, and you guessed it same results. A refund would've been nice, but apparently since I went through two times in their eyes that was sufficient. Moral of the story if you have a truck, Jeep or big SUV don't go here. I would've done a better job at home with a hose, seeing how I can at least get my back windshield and mirrors. read more

This place has got to be the dirtiest carwash I've ever been to inside and out . I am disgusted I expect my car to be washed with decent clean equipment not this filth . Not to mention they always have homeless people going through the trash approaching your vehicle with your kids asking for money or looking in your car & the floor is dirty ! I do not feel safe coming here. Today towards the end of my wash there was a dirty man approaching my vehicle while still drying asking for change . Location is not ideal because it's awkward turning into it on Rose but I love the Waterdrops Express on Gonzales so this was convenient for today's errands. This place looks a little bit bigger than the one on Gonzales and it was pretty packed for a Sunday. It provides the same washing experience like any Waterdrops Express Car Wash. I just think the vacuum is WAY more powerful at the Gonzales location than this one because it doesn't pick up the mats as strongly. I hate having to share the vacuums and air whistlers too when I can get my own on both sides of the car just so I can be more efficient and timely on my car cleaning lol I'm going to remain loyal to the other Oxnard location ;) read more

Waterdrops Car Wash is located on the corner of Rose & Channel Islands. Right next to the Arco gas station & Jack In the Box. Its a drive thru car wash. There are girl/guy workers that take your payment (cash or card accepted) & swipe it at the machine for you & hand you the receipt. Which you hand over to the next person prior your entry to into the wash to activate the wash. (They hose your car down a bit if it needs it) $6 or $10 car wash ($10 includes a little air freshener & a tiny trash bag). Both include a DIY hand held vacuum after. They have hanging hand held vacuums on either side when you find a place to park, unless you are on the ends. They also have those hand held air dry/air pressure contraptions to help air out the water that the car wash dryers happen to miss. (I suggest to just bring you own rag/towel & dry your car yourself. Note: Don't take your brand new car w/ brand new parts here if you're afraid of them getting jacked up. Chances are they will... I just care that the wash does the job & makes my car clean. read more

I really like this car wash because you have the free vacuum after the car wash it has lots of slots In order for you to be able to wash your vehicle and after the wash vacuum out your vehicle you will not be waiting for a very long time. The people that work here are generally friendly not really good at engagement with the potential customer but we're just getting a car wash so it's not really that serious. I had took my car for a quick car wash here at water drops and my car ended up scratched from the back and was left with a broken license plate I made a report with them .they have made me waist my time back and forth getting estimates from there own body shop person and the mangager received the estimate and will not pay the damage .He only offered me free car washes ? Went to get my car washed at this location and couldn't be happier. I had bugs on the front grill, side mirrors, and headlights that were stuck on there pretty good from a recent trip. Ryan is the man he went above and beyond, he came out after the regular wash to hand wash those stubborn bugs spots that didn't come off through the regular wash. Car wash was very thorough and car was almost 100% clean, it's very hard to say any car washes will make your car spotless and perfect. The vacuum area was very clean and spacious in between parked cars. Location is harder to go to but it makes the place less crowded which I actually like. read more

I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS PLACE!! I called them everyday for two weeks about my car front grill!! It fell off while in the car wash and they always say they're going to call back blah blah and I have no front grill! This is disgusting and crazy!!! My husband and I work till 6-7 everyday! He would come but he's in the MILITARY!!! He's even called a few times! No one gives a crap and I now have to pay over 200$ to replace a piece of plastic!!!???? I came to get a quick car wash at Waterdrops since it is the closest to me. I went through and as I was drying my car, and employee had came up to me asking if I wanted a second wash since the back window was that cleaned. I assured him it was fine, but he insisted it was okay to go through again. I agreed and went through a second time and the employees made sure to throughly scrub the back window. Amazing experience. I'm impressed! Most of us have been to a car wash place similar to Waterdrops at some point. However, what stands out unlike the others is one thing. The air hose. Not only do they have FREE vacuuming with a great $10 Ultimate Wash there is also an air hose at the vacuum stations you can pull into to blow the water out of the door jams etc or blow the dust out of your car. Second time here... I decided to give it another chance. First time my car came out still dirty; the rotating drying cloths weren't even working (my car wasn't too dirty to begin with, so it didn't have much to take off). Next visit, my truck was still dripping wet after the wash. The vacuums are absolutely useless....no suction. Mirror to guide driver onto the track isn't even facing the correct direction. I typically go to their Camarillo branch...I get my money's worth, theirs actually does its job, but I was hoping to be able to access other sites. read more

I wasn't quite worried about my car coming out a little wet, but the young lady that sent me in was nice enough to let the manager know it was still a little wet. Im not usually someone to write a review,but I've gone twice already to get a 14$ wash and there's some brushes that don't work at all. I expect for all brushes to work since I'm paying for the 14$ wash. I talked to one of the girls about it and they said they would fix it but yet i came again today and no fixing was done, everything was the same. Their washing machine for cars and trucks destroyed my front grill! The arm that comes down to wash got stuck in the down position and smashed my grill it kept pushing my vehicle forward until they finally turned it off.. I have not heard one word from the owner about my vehicle. They are a fraudulent company and don't care about your stuff. This car wash is disappointing. They can't even open at the time they are supposed to open!! They're opening time says 7am yet when 7am came around they gates did not open for business they seemed well staffed and the place looked well set up yet nothing. I along with another 4 vehicles left after waiting for about 10 min when I was told they did not know what time they were going to open what kind of business is this ! I used to love this car wash I left for about 2 years on deployment this past month I have visited this carwash 3 times and it is disappointing I have ran into so many delays and inconveniences within 1 month than I ever did before. Everything went well until the drying portion of the wash. Apparently there were all kinds of rocks/debris that had not been swept and my car literally got bashed on for the whole time it was being dried. All I could do was pray that nothing was scratched. Do not waste your money or time here. Very misleading menu and poor quality. I told the attendant it was my first time and asked for explanation of the services offered. He insinuated that my dashboard and wheels were going to be cleaned, and there was a wax coating as part of highest priced package. After paying $18, I was handed a dashboard wipe, then my car was put on the conveyor belt, and rushed through the drive-through car wash at lightning speed! It was faster than any drive-through car wash I've ever experienced. No scrubbing, no real cleaning, bird poop and dirt were still on the windows and paint, AND the wheels were still filthy. And to top it off, if you want your vehicle vacuumed, you need to do it yourself at the very end. (I do understand that most drive-through car washes do not include a vacuum, but I've never seen one priced at $18 & thought maybe it would include an attendant vacuum service.) Overall, this was a waste of $18, took up my preciously short lunch break, and I will have to go to another car wash after work. If I would have had the time I would have walked to the entrance to ask for a refund. But the entrance (where the ONLY attendants are located) is not even close to tue vacuum station. read more

Bad Experience at this place! It's all good until the car wash machine breaks your car parts from it being way too strong. This is my case, my driver side mirror was broken while being inside the car wash. The manager acted like she called the owner but he never responded and the Manager (Maria) kept not calling me back about this and ignoring my calls. I wonder how many people come out with damages on their cars and that would make it the most expensive car wash ever. I really liked bringing our car here...until I attempted to bring our truck here, now I won't be coming back. I removed all items from the bed of the truck as asked and paid the $10. I then was asked to get in the back and take out the "trash," it was a few leaves in the back... It's a truck. Which I park outside. Sometimes under trees. You'd think natural, biodegradable debris would be ok, especially in moderately small amounts. It took 10 minutes to receive a refund- which came only after haggling for it back. They wanted me to go home and sweep it out and return at a later time- after already sitting, waiting for 10 minutes in line. It's definitely a lack of proper customer service. Had I been approached about it a different way I would've shrugged it off but they were just tactless. read more

The rotating washer scratched my car door, and when I brought it to the attention of the management and told them it was the wash, they refused to take responsibility even though I had the cloth from the washer still stuck in ny door. So i had to get my insurance involved to prove that it was the washers fault. read more
