I really like this carwash facility. It is relatively new and the equipment seems to be clean and function well. I especially like the way one can vacuum their car for free after doing the automated wash (and again, the equipment is great). The only reason I took off one star is that the carwash itself doesn't clean anything beyond dirt that is on the car --I guess that can be expected when it is just a sponge sliding or spinning by the car vs. a human being scrubbing particular spots with dried bird poop, sap, or other stuck-on grime. If you just have everyday dust/dirt on your car, it is perfect for that...but anything more substantial may need another facility. read more

I was paying $25-$30.00 (tip included) at various car washes in Oxnard and having 2 vehicles I found it costly. I was recommended Waterdrops Express and have been pleased with their drive-through wash which does a thorough job and they provide free vacuums air blowers etc. I found I could get the job done as good or better than a hands-on car wash at half the price. In addition, the staff are nice and customer friendly. Jessie the Manager was very kind and is sincerely interested in customer satisfaction. I love this place, it's convenient it does a pretty good job of cleaning your entire vehicle and there are people to help you out even going as far as helping you dry your car if necessary which is pretty darn cool! Competitive pricing! Cloth brushes and did not appear abrasive at all, in comparison with other car washes. You get a wipe, trash bag, and air freshner. And best part is that the vacuums are definitely potent, not like other places where the suction is unbelievably weak. read more

Great car wash. I was just going to do the splash n' dash, but the friendly/ professional staff convinced me without a "hard sell" that the $10 was was much better. I was happy I did. Got an air freshener, mini micro towel and some interior wipes. This wash also includes a more thorough drying and more colorful bubbles and armor all on the tires. It is a drive through. There are vacuums available...with hoses on both sides of car for easy access. I didn't this time...too pooped, but yes. They also have an air hose which is good for blowing out those little spots on the exterior which are hard to wipe down. I was hesitant at first because of location on Gonzalez (thought it may be difficult to re-enter) the street. It was easy. Came in To get my car washed and I had an Amazing coupon mailed to my house. I show up to the location but then realized it was only valid Monday Thru Friday. The girl who rang me up was not very nice. I had just asked if I could talk to the manager and she said go ahead and argue with him. I was shocked that she said that, very unprofessional. The car wash didn't fully clean my car for the outside the first time... but then again I didn't wash my car for 7 months..... that being said the lady in the front that I made my payment with offered me " if it doesn't come out come back " well she knew the car was dirty dirty lol. So it did pretty good the first wash but some small spots of hard mud survived.. went back again and it came out 100% good this happens today 7/24/2020 at 3:30 pm. Don't know the girls name but gave me good customer service. I usually go to other car washes but I'm coming back to this one. Felt comfortable and like they really cared about the business. Dislike this car wash because every time I leave, my car is still wet. Note I got the 11 dollar one like the top one and was extremely displeased. It didn't do anything great to my car. In addition, it still had some birth pool on my car. read more
