They made my spouse and child wait in the private area of the spa as they claimed the therapist was finishing with another client. Fifteen minutes later, the therapist came in from the front desk area wondering why they had been waiting there as she was waiting on them in the reception area. Again my family was blamed for the mix up. At that point, with so little left for the actual appointment, my spouse decided not to go ahead with the appointment. They asked for 25% of the charge despite responsible for the mishaps. This was just the beginning. They had a massive attitude. Because I didn't provide my phone number or medical history on their form, they accused me of trying to commit fraud. They did not give me my RMT receipt after I paid, only my credit card slip. I had to ask for it, and was asked to present my ID. When I asked why, I was told they needed to verify my identity because I 'provided no information whatsoever.' This was another lie. Long story short: this is part of Lifetime Fitness, an upscale gym, so we thought we'd be in for a treat. I'll be going back to my regular massage place. There might not be any frills there, but they know how to treat clients.

Less than 20 mins they stopped our message to help another person and offer us $20 back each when we paid $120 plus tax. So we decided to wait because we would lose money but when they came back the person that was massaging my gf didn't do a full body massage just the arms and back. Where they did my back, legs, arms and face. In total they only worked 40 mins on my gf who did a bad job and 50 mins on me who actually did a decent job but kept on getting interrupted.

I don't know it was just a Terrible place, a bit of a language barrier as well, the massage wasn't the greatest, it was overall a terrible experience and then while paying the lady asked for a tip. I wasn't happy with the experience so I didn't want to tip, but since she made a point I did end up tipping. Look honestly there has to be better places to get a decent massage.

The salon is new and has a very nice interior, giving it a slight luxury feel compared to most places. Also reasonably price for what they offer. With my nails, I'm kind of disappointed with them. My nail technician took a while, and it ended up really thick and bubbly in the end. I had nail polish on my cuticle and even on my real nail (space between my cuticle and acrylics) despite getting a refill, and the application of the polish wasn't clean. I will give her benefit of the doubt that it was perhaps just the colour i picked, or even because i was bringing in work from another salon. She didn't know how to do a marble design and had to call out another technician, which is completely fine and understandable, cause the other technician did a good job of drawing the marble. After taking a long time to finish, I was already unsatisfied, but didn't bring it up because I just wanted to leave at that point, and didn't have anymore time to ask her to redo the set. However, this 2 star review wasn't because of the bad nail job. It was because of the experience I got during the time while she was doing my nails. While she was doing my nails, she was complaining about having to do a marble design, and why I would want Sequins cause it took her time to make it stick on, and how it was going to take a long time to do them and wasn't worth the effort with for the price that the salon charges. She then started to complain that if i had just gotten colour and no design, then this would have been done quicker. She also mentioned that if i hadn't gotten design, she could have started on another customer's pedicure, and be having lunch. I didn't say anything at the time because I felt like I was put in a really awkward position. Mind you, of course she didn't say this is english directly to me. She was speaking in Vietnamese to her colleagues, and I'm pretty sure she didn't know but I can understand Vietnamese, or she probably wouldn't have said anything. I literally sat there during the whole session listening to her complain. Her complaining even started to make me feel bad, as if I was asking for too much because thats literally what she did during half of the time. Once I left and had time to process everything, I felt like it was completely unprofessional of her to be complaining about having to do my nails. It's not like I asked for extravagant designs on every finger and note that I am also a paying customer. I ended up going to my usual salon that same day to get my nails fixed. I usually would have let it slide and maybe would have given this place another chance solely based on the one time unsatisfied nail job, however it was her unprofessionalism and complaining that ruined my experience. I'm sure some of the other technicians do nice work base on the pictures here, but based on my experience with this nail technician, I won't be returning.
