Then the first installer couldn't figure out how to do it so another delay. I tried to finish paying the second installer but he had no invoice and the office would send one. A few days later I got an accusatory call asking why we hadn't paid the bill. After a tense exchange he finally agreed to send an itemized bill. He seemed to think i should pay whatever amount he threw out. They have lost my business permanently.
