This place feels like a local bar for comic fans, except instead of drinks you're deep into comic talk and shop news. The variety here is fantastic. The wall is lined with new releases and current titles, there's a strong selection of graphic novels, and the middle of the store is packed with long boxes full of back issues, including great deals like 50-cent bins, variant covers, and bundle finds. There's just so much cool stuff to look through. Benicia is lucky to have a comic shop like this, and whenever I'm in the area, I make it a point to stop by. I needed some top loaders for my cards and so I stopped in. Place took me back to days gone by when I walked in. I instantly remembered where there use to be card and comic shop all over towns around the Bay like this one here. There is some real cool stuff in there. Met Ralf the owner. He is a real cool dude and a straight shooter. I really enjoyed talking to him. Down to earth dude that won't BS you. He gave me a really good deal on the top loaders he had. I will be back as I enjoyed my experience here.

They also buy! There's a nicely-stocked kids area, and clean bathrooms as well. Friendly service too. If you're interested in different editions (Easton Press, Illumicrate, FairyLoot, etc.), there's a special section, but sometimes they have them in the regular shelves. While the prices are certainly lower than retail for these editions, they are about on par with what you could find on eBay. Still, it's nice to be able to see and hold the editions first!

This place has tons of books for decent prices, they will help you find whatever it is you're looking for, they also have other cool things too. I recently brought my sister into one, and now she's been to all of them from Sacramento to Dublin.
