Manuel arrived with a large team and was extremely organized, starting all work on time and was here all day. A small team returned the next day to complete part two of the job, demonstrating great commitment. Not only did they leave my backyard looking even neater than when they arrived, but Manuel's team also went above and beyond by weeding and mulching the front yard and side yard (not pictured) with extra mulch at no additional cost -- even though it wasn't part of the original scope. Pricing was extremely fair, and the quality of work was excellent. Manuel truly lives up to the positive reviews I read beforehand, which is why I decided to give him a try. Others never responded or said they would go by and offer and estimate. One nursery I visited sent an estimator who ignored related landscaping requests and only gave an estimate on tree removal and cleanup ($1,300). They never provided the additional estimates requested and made excuses. Garcia's sent someone out within a couple of days of making contact. They said the removal cost would be $700, but offered a discount because it was early in the season ($550). I accepted the offer. I didn't hear back about scheduling the removal for a couple of weeks (they said because of rain delays they said). Soon after, the work was completed. No mess or scraps were left behind and they didn't even ask for payment until checking on my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. Very professional and responsive.

Received wood that was VERY green - maybe 30% usable after 3 full months, and received less than 7/8 cord, including 8-10% shorts (under 12 and as small as 4 inches long). Guaranteed satisfaction - NOT. He refused multiple calls and even a F2F when I was on his site to rectify. I did have the opportunity to refuse the delivery since I recognized the nature of much of the wood. (I know good wood as I normally process my own from my acreage). He would have gotten a 2 rating, but his complete lack or professionalism rates him less than 1. BUYER BEWARE.
