Professional, courteous, and reliable! I ran into this company online in 2021, when I needed someone to install a shower column in one of my bathrooms, along with some other plumbing work that I needed to address. They came in at the scheduled time, turned my two-bedroom apartment into Ground Zero. Then they put on their shoe mittens, taped off all the areas where dust could escape to, then they got to work, drilling, cutting, and welding and until all the assignments were completed. I have to give them credit for their use of the best quality of materials available to make sure the customer's work lasts for a very long time. My second call was in March of this year 2025, because the previous shower column stopped working and needed to be replaced. No fault of the company's previous service, but the manufacturer's. Yosef took the call, came in gave me the best options for replacement, so I ordered a new one that same day. I notified him when it was delivered, so he came in on the next Monday and made the job look easy. I was very impressed with him at his age and the time we live in. It was another job well done. Third call, this time to install a Whole House Filtration System in my Condo because our water is blended with well water which gets dirty at times. I called and requested Yosef, because of the quality of the previous work that he had done. It took him an entire workday to get the job done because he replaced all the old pipes with brand-new larger copper pipes that looked very impressive. At the end of the day, I was very pleased. The fourth call was an emergency. While changing the Whole House water filter, one of the pipes disassembled, so I quickly shut the water off, and called Watermen Plumbing. Yosef picked up the phone, got to my house in 30 minutes, and then reconnected and crimped the pipe in 20 minutes. He also helped me replace the filter which took another ten minutes, then he left. No charge because he honestly reminded me that he forgot to crimp the pipe that disconnected when he did the original job. My experience with waterman plumbing was with Yosef. He came highly recommended from one of my neighbors that he did some work for. When I called his number, he answered the phone with for Miami is a big plus. He made the appointment and showed up on time. He prepared multiple estimates for me and had it to me with-in a few hours. Once we came to an agreement on the cost, he showed up to work on the day that he told me he would and completed the job in two days. Yosef kept the job as clean as he could considering the task he was assigned. He is a pleasant person to deal with and respectful. I will repeat what was said to me regarding Yosef. He is not the cheapest out there, but he is fair, on time and completed the job in a timely manner. And that is a difficult characteristic to find here in Miami. OVERPRICED!!! Technician came out to try and fix the pvc pipes under my kitchen sink, install a p-trap and run it to the drain arm. He stated it would cost $347... He gave me a lengthy explanation of how he would have to reposition the drain arm and cut various tubes in order to reposition the p-trap, I kindly declined but still paid the $45 dispatch fee. I asked my neighbor if he could recommend a plumber, he insisted on taking a look at the problem and using the existing pvc tubes and p-trap was able to reroute the drain in less than 10 min. I offered to pay him with a gas card but he refused to take it. Good to know there are still humble and loving people in the world. read more

They were thorough at their job. They went above and beyond to find any problem. The only problem is they are WAY WAY WAY overpriced. I'm dealing with a kitchen sink and guts in 2 toilets. I'm not going to go into detail of what they were going to do, but the invoice was over $3000.00. CRAZY. I hired Watermen Plumbing to install 2 sink faucets and a new toilet. He showed up on time and did good work. However, he charges hourly and it was a huge mistake on my part not to get a rough estimate as to how long it would take. I have vessel sinks,so granted this was a bit more complicated than regular sinks,being the access to to the piping are behind the sinks. As soon as he showed up, he left for about 45 minutes to get supplies. I was billed for the time he was not working .This happened again on the second day, when he left again for over 25 minutes. The total for this job was a whopping $870. I kindly asked him to bring down the price to $770 because I do not feel I should be charged for the time he was not there. Just got charged $150 for a 10 minute service call to tell me the leak is coming out of the bathroom faucet. And did nothing about it. You figured he'd at least apply some caulking or recommend a sound solution. The most upsetting part is this guys's SMUG attitude.
