I've been a loyal customer of express for over 20 years. I went on this past Sunday and it was very busy. I expect to wait to drive through car wash machine but I waited for 20-25 to get inside vacuumed (had to pull around the side of bldg and wait) My car had water spots since it air dried waiting. After another 20 min when I finally got in my car my dashboard wasn't even wiped down. Nothing was, cup holders still had dust in them. I went grocery shopping immediately afterwards and when I opened my trunk they didn't even vacuum my trunk. I was so frustrated that I called and asked to speak with manager and was told "they are busy". I said I realize that as I just spent over an hour and $35+++ to get a mediocre "wash". She invited me back to "Redo" next time. Explained unfortunately there won't be a next time. She then offered me to get a refund IF I had my receipt. So, on my way home from store I drove by and explained to someone (who I'm assuming was a mgr, he did apologize which was nice) however when he sent me to get my refund to young woman I spoke with I rec'd a bit of attitude from female cashier. In a situation like that, you should really be more apologetic to customers if you intend on keeping them. I am appreciative of them extending a refund. I will stick to professional retailers such as: Gabriel's or One call detailing for same price that come to my home and take pride in their work. read more

It's not a full service car wash. You have to take your own vehicle through the car wash and then pull it into the full service bay. Good luck on finding an open bay. The gentleman who vacuumed the car acted as if he wanted to be doing anything else but what he was doing. It showed once he was finished. The cup holders were still dirty and the dash still dusty. The back hatch wasn't vacuumed. It was obvious he gave the vehicle a once over and that was it. I've been going to this location, probably for 16 years. One day, I've decided to do the "Express Lane" monthly renewal. Which was supposed to be $19.99 + tax. The following was sent to the office: When I signed up for monthly membership it was supposed to be $19.99 + tax. Then I realized I was being charged $16.00 more each month for the membership. (NO notifications were provided). Tried to reach out to your office, sent you a message and NO ONE responded. This is very bad customer service and unauthorized charge on my account. This is a great car wash for a drive through or fold detail. When I lived closer I had the membership, Which was really worth it! If you just want to drive-through the car wash. You can use the free vacuums that are over to the right when you come out! Last time I came from a trip. They told me to drive-through a second time cause my car was not clean enough. When I did the full detail they got out all the pet hair and it was really worth it! When you get the inside done. Make sure to tip the guys cause. It's really hot out there and they deserve it! The gentleman handling my car was courteous and thorough...and what else do you need? The entire crew was very efficient, and the pricing was made very clear. I have been coming to Xpress wash for quite a few years now. I've been relatively pleased over the years, but I will admit sometimes they are good and sometimes not so good. The reason I keep going back is it's very convenient to my home, and the prices were very reasonable. However, I have recently started using a detail service that comes to my job and the prices are just about the same and they do an exceptional job. The thing with Xpress wash is when they do a good job they really do a good job, but there have been a couple times that they were just meh. One time my husband even had to bring the car back to have them redo the inside because they missed so much. In spite of this, it's a super popular car wash with loads of people going every day so expect to wait in line no matter what time you go. If you are interested in getting the exterior wash often you can take advantage of one of their car wash passes which I have done in the past. However, I always find myself not going for several weeks in a row, so I wind up canceling the pass after all, and it becomes a waste of money. Anyway, if you're more consistent with keeping your car clean on a regular basis, then this would be perfect for you. Me, not so much so I do need a really thorough job when I get it done. My car was in a very much needed wash in and out. Upon my arrival i was approached by I believe his name was corey but im not 100% his customer service was 10/10! So much so he sold me into getting the unlimited membership so for my car (i have a mazda3 sport) original was being charged $32 but by joining i paid $21. The car wash website says the express wash is under 3 minutes, but it's actually under 1 minute, if not just 30 seconds. Anything put on car is washed off immediately, so I'm not sure what you really get from an "ultimate wash". How does wax or sealer that is squirted on then immediately rinsed off even work? I did read comments that a "basic" car wash doesn't even use soap??? I'm going to be asking some questions when I go back. read more

I would like to give 0 stars to this place, I had a terrible experience today when I took my car to the express wash, the tunnel controller started to guide me with his hand indicating I should go left and I clearly started to feel uncomfortable because I was so sure I didn't there was a need my car was aligned on the conveyor belt, but I followed his command he was outside watching my wheel enter the conveyor belt, and it was at that moment that I heard a noise soon I understood that my wheel had been scratched, I looked at him and he had a scared face, because he also noticed his mistake, but he didn't tell me absolutely nothing. When I got out of the tunnel I immediately went to look at my wheel and as I imagined it was scratched, I went to the employee who soon said that it would not be possible for this to happen, taking me to the management room, and he also vehemently denied that this had happened to his car wash, I drive a tesla and luckily I have the images recorded by my car of the employee guiding me to the scratch on my wheel, I showed the video to the manager, and 2 other employees who simply did nothing and just denied that this happened there , finally the manager offered me a membership but I refused because I would never take my car there again. I want to warn users of this place to be aware they do not provide any support for accidents, and do not assume mistakes even when they are on camera. Here's the scam: After almost TWO YEARS of paying 19.99 for the unlimited exterior wash that automatically renews month after month....we looked at our credit card statement and noticed that for the past 6 months they've been charging $37.99!!!! WHAT THE HECK--almost double what we were quoted and had been paying with absolutely NO NOTICE given of any price increase?!?!? This place used to be great, but the last 3 times I've brought my car for a detail, they've left things dirty and then catch an attitude when I ask for it to be cleaned. Today, my husband dropped off the car and when he got there (it was supposed to be a hand wax and detail cleaned inside) and it still had dirt on the outside that he, hours after we dropped it off so they would have plenty of time, needed to point out to them. They gave him all the excuses in the book and ultimately cleaned it. He brings the car home and when I got inside I was upset because I could have done a better job myself. The center console was NOT cleaned at all. It had sticky stuff in the middle, not wiped down at all, and even had a plastic knife that was garbage from before that was never even moved, let alone cleaned around. Since year 2000, We have been a loyal user of your car wash. My entire family is member of the unlimited car wash club and we used to wax our cars every quarter. However due to recent changes on the work flow of cars, wax and service zones. We are very much looking for another provider to wax and care for our vehicles. The new workflow has created a traffic nightmare. I think eventually it will lead to an accident on premises as cars being waxed now cross to the left, before it was straight. It is also contributing to the quality of employees decreasing as well as now it takes longer. Great staff and super friendly! I have the unlimited plan and it's the best decision I've made to keep my car clean. Lines can get busy on the weekends. During the week they can vary. Not the best you can get but they are open till late so, if you get out of work or don't have time to clean your car, they are still open! They have an automatic machine that cleans everything outside and you have to put your car on neutral (very important tip) They have few chairs outside so you can wait after they clean your car inside. I'm not happy. I left my car for 3 hours to get a deep cleaning along with carpet vacuuming and rugs cleaned. I pointed out a specific area that needed to be Cleaned and I know for a fact they didn't touch it. The white fuzzy stuff from the towel I used to clean up the spill is still on my carpet... I think a professional cleaning would get that up... I'm so disappointed and don't recommend spending your money there. See my photos... $95 is a lot to spend for a detail without a wax included. Plus tip... My car is in great shape. I take care of it and it wasn't filthy to begin with. This should have been an easy job. I had a bad experience. I was first greeted by a nice lady who explained the services then I was told to pull forward. Being that it was my first time coming there I didn't know where to go when pulling out of the car wash, after pulling my car into the self vacuum spot I realized that I was in the wrong spot and went back to go under the the cover where there were the workers were vacuuming cars. My husband and I stayed in the car being that nobody told us to get out. When we got out of the car we were standing there and one of the workers tapped my husband on the shoulder and pointed at a sign that said no customers beyond this point( which we were not standing past the sign and were not in the "restricted"area) instead of asking us to sit on the other side and wait or directing us to the waiting location, again it was our first time and did not know where to go. Once they started working on our car the man working on our car asked my husband if it was his car and kept shaking his head at my husband and saying it was a mess. We had just bought the car and it was dirty, hence why we took it to the car wash! He was very rude! When we left my husband gave him a good tip and told him that next time he should not be so rude. The man came to my door and said "you should say thank you because I did a good job" I responded by saying doing a good job means you give good customer service which you did not do and I also told him that I thought he was very rude.
