I came in with a Fireman T07573 generator Which retails at $1,349.99 brand new. I went in knowing I wouldn't get what I paid so I wasn't expecting that much. I've never had to use it for longer than 10 minutes, and it is in great condition, they pay a 1/3 of what the listings are on eBay, anyone reading this can search up the model of generator and see there is only one generator listed as of right now (5/1/26) for $749.89. One of the employees pulled up a PART of the generator which was listed for $179.99 and decided to offer me $25 for the working generator. Bangin' deals!!! I stopped into Watsonville Pawn last Sunday when I was in town. I seen a Stihl HS56 hedge trimmer on the sales floor. I've been keeping my eyes out for one the past couple months.. Charlie, Alex, and the team worked a deal I couldn't pass up. Also, last month I picked up a Stihl MS311 chainsaw and this thing is an absolute BEAST! I was able to round up a giant fallen oak tree with ease. This is the same family that owns Salinas Pawn and Seaside Pawn. One of the people working here gave my friend an offer for a pawn loan on his bike and told him to come back if he couldn't sell it, when my friend came back in he called him a beggar for trying to take him up on his offer. Super unprofessional and deragotory at best. You are better off not wasting any time here. They aren't a serious business. read more

I want to give more than five stars to Cyfer Who works at the pawn shop who is very friendly honest 100% or more outgoing with a great smile every time you walk in the door when you're down and you walk in the door and you see cyfer it brightens up your day. If I could give him a metal for being a good sales person and honest trustworthy I would. not go to any other pawnshop and I really don't want to deal with anybody else because they don't have a good attitude and a good smile not really friendly just all about business can't joke with most of the workers there but maybe two that I know. Don't waste your time! Came in here with a Tiffany necklace (bought at the Tiffany store in Carmel-by-the-Sea, box and bag included) and was told that it's a fake! I guess the only way they can get business is their weak attempts at lying to people and telling them their things are worthless. Not the case when it comes to Tiffany's, sorry idiots. Let me tell you this place really sucks, when you see something you might want the prices are double than if you buy it new and when you want to sell something they find every excuse to give you pennies for it and when you want to pawn anything you bring forget it, if you ask for $40 they'll offer half of $40 or less. Doing business with this guy's sucks. I wouldn't recommend it to no-one for reals you're better off selling it on the streets. Don't go there they're a rip off trust me. read more

Great customer service, some really cool stuff in there but the reason for the 2 stars is very simple due to the outcome. I went in trying to sell some jewelry. It's obvious that your not gonig to get much from any pawn shop but the fact that they tried to low ball me and thought I didn't know what I had and it's value it's just wrong they and expected me to take a 95% loss kick rocks! the beauty of it was I had legitimate paper work on it and as soon as I started dropping knowledge you can tell they didn't want anything to do with me with customers on the floor...well won't be going back, what I suggest is do some research before you step in you might be disappointed with theboutcome read more
