Karim, the owner, answered the phone immediately which was refreshing because many small businesses have their phones go to voicemails when they are out in the field. Karim was able to fit me in as their last appointment for the day which meant that they were at our house in under 2 hours after my initial call. Both Karim and his partner, Antonio, were professional, courteous and had deep knowledge and experience with TVs, mounting and related areas. They quickly assessed our requirements and made some great recommendations for our final setup. We had them install our new OLED as well as relocate an exiting 75" TV to another room. They were extremely careful with the handling of the TVs and placed the appropriate protective material over dressers and other furniture. Even though it was late in the afternoon, they took their time and did not rush their work. In the end, the installations and all of the connections to our sound systems were perfect. I was in the middle of getting a front fence done and he planed out where to dig and drill to hide all cables. After the fence was done, he did a follow up visit, ran all the cables needed, and installed everything within a one day period. I now have access to the front door and all the cameras within one app on my iPhone and iPad.
