I pay approximately $425 per month for what is supposed to be 24/7 monitoring of my home. On July 9 at approximately 1:10 a.m., while I was on vacation in Paris, three individuals attempted to enter my property by jumping over the fence and appeared to be attempting to burglarize my home. What is most disturbing is that their activity was visible across three separate security cameras, yet Iron Delta Security failed to detect or respond to the incident. A company being paid to provide 24/7 monitoring should not miss something this serious. When you are thousands of miles away from home, you depend on your security company to actually monitor and protect your property. That is exactly why I was paying a significant monthly fee. Missing three individuals attempting to enter the property completely destroyed my confidence in their monitoring service. For $425 a month, I expected reliable and attentive monitoring, especially during an event as serious as a potential burglary. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Iron Delta Security to anyone looking for dependable home security and 24/7 monitoring. This was an unacceptable and extremely disappointing experience.

He's not a salesman - he's a security expert who knows what you need and is honest and direct. He didn't try to upsell me on excessive unnecessary items like other companies. He asked about my goals and truly sought to understand exactly what I wanted before giving his suggestions. I asked tons of questions which he answered thoroughly and patiently. The best part about the experience was he could instantly tell I was shaken up from a previous incident and was so compassionate while still being direct.
