Eventually I ordered a brisket sandwich, 1/2 lb rib tips, Mac n cheese, coleslaw, potato salad, banana pudding, and a Big Red pop. Right off the bat no coleslaw, no potato salad, no banana pudding. 15 minutes after open. From there I place the order - Brisket sandwich - 1/2 lb tips - Mac n cheese - Red Pop. $35.43. 11:16a.m. I'm order #5. I see order #9 leave, order #11 & 12. 36 minutes later I get my food. They cut the brisket with the grain making it stringy and chewy. Also very dry. The tips were not warm. Mac and Cheese was great, and was the best part of the meal. They also had a decent vinegar sauce. Tons of potential, but this trip was beyond disappointing. Paid Franklin BBQ prices and received Arbys quality meat. If they ran the counter cafeteria style and had you pay at the end it would trim the wait time down significantly. That and have the other 50% of the menu available. I dont think I'd return. Coming from the SW Suburbs id stay in my truck another 20-30 minutes and get Green Street Smoked Meats.

I would also recommend the restaurant getting better menus. The menus they had were written on and they were on paper so more professional menus would be a better alternative for the restaurant.
