From start to finish, the team did an outstanding job and truly brought my car back to like-new condition. The interior was transformed: they performed a full leather cleaning treatment, steamed cleaned everything, shampooed and extracted the carpets and seats (including excellent stain removal), cleaned all the vents, cup holders, mirrors, and windows, and even added a fresh scent. The dash, console, plastics, and trim all look shiny and protected with UV treatment. It feels brand new inside. On the exterior, they did a thorough job with a foam-cannon pre-soak, two-bucket scratch-free wash, bug removal, wheel-and-rim cleaning, clay bar treatment, paint protectant, protective wax, and tire dressing. Even the door jambs were wiped down. The car looks glossy and protected, and the attention to detail was impressive. He and his technicians did an awesome job removing these tar-like balls from the outer layer of paint. Then they applied a ceramic coating to protect their work. I booked two services: Full interior reset package and Exterior detail package. The original quote was $350 for both. When they arrived to pick up my vehicle, they upped the price to $450 after inspecting it due to some dog hair. It was a big jump, but I agreed. After having my car for just under 2.5 hours, they called to up the price again to now $500, even claiming "we have been vacuuming the car for 3 hours" which is literally impossible as they only had the car for less than 2.5 hours. They tried mansplaining to me trying to justify the 2nd price increase. I was stuck having to agree because a) they have my car, b) they already spent 2.5 hours with it before calling to tell me the additional increase and c) offered zero alternatives to avoid the increase. The original services allotted 4.5 hours, so with the extra $150 I was expecting them to really take their time. They finished it in 4 hours, 30 less than the original time slot, but yet wanted me to pay $150 more than the original quote. The job was not anywhere near worth the cost. I was pulling leaves, pollen bits, and hair out of the car as I was inspecting it, and their response was to make more excuses. When I go to pay with a card, he states there is an additional 3% charge. This is not stated anywhere on the website or in the email when you book. Pushing customers to pay through Venmo or Cashapp adds to the shadiness of this entire business. Incredibly disappointing and I'm left feeling completely ripped off. Expecting $125 an hour is truly insane. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
