This started out as a great hair salon for me. Ann Michaud did a nice job. But since COVID…read morerestriction ended, she has gotten sloppy with her schedule, rearranging or canceling at last minute. Today I was 5 minutes late for an appointment she rescheduled twice, and she took another client ahead of me. I was a regularly booked client. If she didn't want to do my hair anymore then she should have been a professional. I'm very unhappy that I have been left in the lurch. She argues with her clients and makes unnecessary comments about them after they leave to the other stylists. It's terrible. And so unkind.
