The fun starts at the bus pick up and at the end of the day your kiddo gets home happy and tired. The staff here really goes above and beyond and puts so much effort into what they do. There are weekly special events and fun themes that make the kids excited to come back every day. Crazy hair day and tie dyeing were favorites in our house this summer! Next summer our family will plan our vacation around the Keystone schedule because our daughter doesn't want to miss a day!

There are so many nice options and she loves being able to choose what she does during the four different "sessions" of the day. She swims every day as well. The security is excellent, you have to show ID to pick up your child, Love that! In addition all the counselors are in the pool except one that is playing games with the kids who are not swimming that day. They test the kids daily to make sure they are in good shape to swim. All in all: A+ for niceness, fun, safety, and variation. I signed her up for two weeks this year but may increase to four weeks next year. The director, Mike is awesome and clearly puts his heart into this camp. Bravo.

I came in knowing almost nothing about horses, and I've learned so much from spending time with the horses, ponies, and donkeys--as well as the goats, chickens, and sheep. The work can be physically demanding, but it feels good to know it's all for the animals. I've also met wonderful people here whom I now consider good friends. The passion behind this rescue and the care devoted to its animals are unmistakable. I'm grateful I get to be part of it.

This is during work hours, so I called and asked if I can reserve to play pickball either in the evening or on a weekend day because there is no open play on the weekend and they said no. Most recreations center have open play on the weekend so that people who work can also join in. I would appreciate a revision of the open play schedule or the option to reserve a time to play so that people who work a 9-5 can be active as well. This seems like it's catered to people who are retired or don't work a 9-5.

Membership rates continue to go up, and at this price point, I would expect responsive customer service to be a pivotal part of the club experience. If a longtime member is trying to add people to an account and can't even get a return phone call, something is seriously missing. Even when visiting the membership office in person, the atmosphere feels completely different than it used to. The employees often seem disengaged, almost as though they don't want to be there. I've enjoyed the Bay Club for many years, which makes this decline even more disappointing. What happened to customer service? Come on, Bay Club--get your act together.

For example,…read moremy son just finished a Harry Potter camp at the Mango Drive location at Del Mar Hills Elementary. The counselors are great and sweet. He had a blast. I love that their camps go from 9-3 with an added $25 for the whole week, you can drop as early as 7 or pick up by 6. They are engaged and have so much fun. There is such an assortment of different camps to choose from also. They have a great ratio of counselors to kids too so it doesn't get out of control. I prefer the Adventure camps to just regular camp days. I feel like because there isn't a "classroom theme" they have more freedom and leeway and it is more chaotic. At least last year that's how it was. There were a couple things that happened and I just felt that they are not watched as closely. We will see because e=we have five of those coming up. I'll report back.

They have activities such as story time, and they also have an area where you can learn about the natives. There's areas to hike around the beautiful lagoon. You can be a member or take a look for the day for about $15 which is very reasonable. I believe it's worth it. They really maximized the space. It's a wonderful place!
