Morning !! If you want a delicious quick I would say health breakfast lol get yourself a breakfast chicken bowl ! The chicken is juicy of course the harsh browns are crispy and the eggs are just right(not runny or too fluffy)with the right amount of cheese. And for my spicy lovers it comes with jalapeño sauce. I order through the mobile app so the service was quick and the lady was so sweet ,happy and nice . when I got there the food was done and still warm by the time I got home to start my day for work . Never had a bad meal here. Recently took a friend who never was at a Chick-fil-A. They loved it. Peach milkshake actually had real pieces of peach. Havent seen that since the 60s. Place is kept clean. In todays world of corps cutting so many corners I am always amazed at how they have the cheapest "quality" chicken sandwich and yet still have so many people working here. I have seen mentally challenged people working here being given a chance to have productive lives and be a part of the community as well as a team. TY. For the bad reviews, they all seem to be during Covid. Funny how mental people got during that govt control experiment. Mistakes happen at all places. I also love the people complaining about the long drive thru lines. I hate them too but why are CFA always around the building or the block compare to all other fast food chains??? Seems they get more right than wrong and as I said, no cardboard sandwiches here. One of the few fast food I go to since Covid. They all cut corners to the point of terrible taste for too much money. This location of Chick-Fil-A is the newer, standalone restaurant in the Macarthur Towne Center. Due to the odd traffic patterns in the Towne Center, you might have to turn around to get in the parking lot. Restaurant is a standard Chick-Fil-A, so it's clean and spacious. Service is fast with several registers all taking orders. Even when busy, I still got my food in a reasonable amount of time and they bring it to your table. Has enough seating so even when crowded, I was still able to find an open table. This location also has a kid's play area. Overall, great stop and I wish we had more Chick-Fil-A standalone restaurants in Eastern Pennsylvania. read more

Absolutely one of our favorites! The staff is always beyond friendly, even with a line wrapped around the building. If you don't follow them on Facebook, I highly suggest doing so. They are always giving back to the community and offer many promotions. The owner is extremely engaged with the staff and community which, to me, speaks volumes. read more

May be the best Chick Fil A Restaurant in the Valley! I order from Trexlertown, Easton, PBurg etc. This one gets it right every time. Quick delivery to my car for curbside. If my order asks for modifications they get it right (others don't). Today for example asked for extrapickles and that spicy sandwich was loaded up. Extra sauces always a plus. I hardly had to wait in my car, speedy delivery with friendly workers (in the rain). Kudos to management for creating a great team of workers! read more

I honestly have never had a bad experience with chick fil a BUT today changed that. I wish I would've taken a picture of my food. The chicken fingers didn't even look like chicken fingers from chick fil a . I took one bite and spit it right back out. The whole meal went right in the trash. My fries were super cold. I ordered carry out and once I got there my drink wasn't even there. It took a few minute for them to notice me and the restaurant was completely empty. Slightly disappointed. It would be great if their drive-through lanes showed when one is closed. I had to drive up and past the window, seeing as I couldn't back up. Then had to wait behind 5 cars at the end of the line. But when your manager and every other employee is wearing gloves while touching food, then the girl at the drive thru window who is HANDLING your food should be too. I don't really like chick fil a but my sister wanted to go, so we went. We went through the drive thru and got 2 meals and a cookie/fry and Mac and cheese. They asked us to go to curbside to wait. We did that. Whatever 8 min goes by, someone comes out and gives us the drinks and a completely different order/but also half ours... so i tell the guy we didn't get the right order. We are missing 75% of it... and he's incompetent and not understanding. I give him the receipt, he goes in comes back 10 min later with our order but still missing all the sauces/extra pickles we ordered. Which it says on the receipt, and we've been waiting for 25 min now.. we asked for Buffalo and chick fil a sauce. He comes back out with a BAG FULL of like 50 sauces. Every sauce you can possibly think of.. so at that point they are trying to petty?? Like y'all fucked up??? Maybe do your jobs right and you won't have people complaining. Whoever QC's sucks at their job. It says on the receipt exactly what the customers are getting, maybe you guys should read! I went in after they gave us a bag full of every sauce and the man was really catching an attitude with me? Again, just do your job... it shouldn't take 3 times for you guys to read a receipt. I love love Chick-fil-A, but this location has been pretty sloppy on prepping the food, so far it's been twice where the cheese has been half way off the sandwich. I know that's a minor issue, but it's part of paying the price for the sandwhich. If I wanted a sloppy sandwich I would have just asked my younger brother to make one for me. this is the closest chick-fil-a to us and its been going down hill. When I pay for a large fry I expect to get a Full fry container and when I get a normal size fry I expect more than 4 individual fries. Also food is cold by the time they get it to curb side pick up. And we have 5 people in our family who all get meals and order the sauces they all want and they give us four sauces. not to mention they miss our crunch salad every damn time read more
