I ordered 4x6 prints and came in at about 12.30 without notification to pick up my order because I was in the area for a short time and online estimate was 12.05 pm. It wasn't ready. I explained my situation and the associate in the photo department was kind to print my 50 photos next asking to wait about 7 mins. Of course, we shopped a bit while waiting with my little son. We paid for our purchase right there at the photo department counter which is very convenient. The associates were very friendly and we had a few laughs about my 4 year olds choice of sunshades on this bright but extremely cold winter day. My 4x6 photo prints came out great - quality and color. So overall experience was very pleasant!

The registered West Milford-based pharmacist Nikolina Paskoski, who now also serves as Walgreens district manager, did an illegal, unauthorized prescription filling against the patient's clear instructions, fraudulently billing the insurance company until the illicit action could be reversed! This, after this same pharmacist refused to allow the medication prescription that was supposed to be filled to be ordered through Walgreens usual distributor system, because she wanted to first get rid of older, soiled product from other stores!! On top of all this, Paskoski discriminated against the patient on the basis of their age, disabilities and the severe, potentially fatal medical condition requiring the daily specialized medication, and had the audacity to block other pharmacists from filling the desperately-needed prescription with fresh product! So much for Walgreens' promise to serve the health and well-being of customers! Without question, this employee should be fired immediately, and not allowed to hold a NJ pharmacist license, so as to protect customers at this and other stores in the chain.

No exception in Boonton. * The pharmacists bust their tails to help customers, filling prescriptions, measuring quantities, verifying info. It's a never-ending process they go through and they manage it all without taking it out on us. * Store is clean, standard layout so nothing's that hard to find. * The pharmacy keeps my Walgreens card and credit card on record for faster processing. I come to this Walgreens all the time on my way home from work. Talk about customer service! The…read morephysical appearance of the outside and inside of the Walgreens is a but shabby, but they did recently put up a new sign which helps a lot. The people here are extremely friendly. Amazing smiles, always asking if I need any help. They make jokes and are very quick and expedient. Love coming here for quick stop groceries, pick up picture prints, or things from the over the counter pharmacy section. I haven't had an encounter with any of the pharmacists, but if they are half as pleasant as the other employees, I'm sure this is a great place to make your once a week stop for medications.

I arrived at 7:58 PM, and the security gate was already halfway down. I asked if they were closed--which may have been a simple question--but instead of answering me politely, the woman at the counter looked directly at me and slammed the gate shut in my face.I completely understand if it was too late to be served, and I would not be writing this if she had simply said, "Yes, sorry, we are closed for the night." There was absolutely no reason to be that dismissive and disrespectful. Employees need to realize that this kind of toxic attitude severely hurts the business.
