Paid the upgrade, thought it was strange there was no soap being dispensed but my concern was the wet mud on tires and wheel wells. Realized there was no difference in the car wash cycle then it normally does. Got out and the mud was still hanging on the tires and dripping in chunks from the wheel wells. Complained to employee that said he would be right with me, that didn't happen so I went in the store and an older lady started to argue with me before she heard or saw the results of the NON CAR WASH. Finally she came out and said their car wash isn't as good as a do it your self. I explained that I came here on purpose to do the tires and undercarriage. Well, you want to go through again, and by now with the confrontational attitude of the older woman was bothering me. I said why would I go through again when the car wash isn't working properly?
