Stopped here for coffee and a pack of boiled eggs. The total was $3.98. I paid at the register all from the phone, using their app for a reward, my reward card, and Apple Pay. I later needed to check something in my transaction history and found that another order AFTER I LEFT had been added to my bill, with 4 more items now totaling $20.48!!! They were clearly not mine as I don't eat meat, and I am absolutely outraged that this was able to happen. What happened next was even worse. I called Wawa corporate headquarters to complain and ask for a manager. The person on the phone was not apologetic at all, would not let me speak with a manager, and told me the only thing I could do would be to call my credit card company to dispute the charge, as that was their policy. I tried to do just that, but as it was a pending charge and had not hit yet, the card company said they couldn't do anything until the charge went from pending to posted. I called the actual store and was told the only thing I could do was to come back to their location for a refund. So I had to drive 15 minutes out of the way each direction to go back there to have the charge removed. Luckily, I had a screenshot of my transaction from their app. Without that, I would've had no proof as to what happened. I used to skip the receipts when I went to Wawa. Never again. @Wawa, the way you handled this was inexcusable, and the fact that you were able to put someone else's charges on another's card is FRAUD and CRIMINAL! There happened to be a police officer in the place when I went back in there, and I tried to report the fraud charge, but he said he was from another area and didn't have jurisdiction there. Club sandwich was smooshed and deli worker insisted that is how it should be done. Smooshed and wrapped up into a ball. Unbelievable.

They never have hotdogs! I get done work and need a snack because my sugar is low. I shouldn't eat carbs so I try to get a quarter pound hotdog and you never have any. Only time I ever see them is in the mornings around 11am. read more

This Wawa is the slums of all wawas. It's thanksgiving eve it's BUSY OBVIOUSLY and all of the employees were MISERABLE. If you do not like your job find something new. The lady pictured was the worst employee here, her attitude was absolutely terrible. She's just not someone I would hope Wawa wants representing them. Look. I know people don't go to Wawa for a real hoagie. But I have to document the level of my disgust for the bite of the "chicken parm on whole wheat" I just temporarily had in my mouth. At least, that is what I was told it was by my daughter who picked it up. First, the so-called "chicken" did not taste like the breaded & deep fried breast I would expect. I'm guessing it was really gelatinous chicken roll lunch meat, cut think to pretend it was something better. The "Parm" was MIA, but if there was any, it sure didn't bring any taste of parmesan. Or provolone or mozzarella... at least nothing that corresponds to my experiences with any of those cheeses. Or cheese in general. The sauce... was immediately reminiscent of the worst canned sauce I ever tasted. Reminded me of the stuff back in my college days when my taste buds didn't know better and I bought Ragu in jars. Love this store & all wawa's in general but I needed to ask an employee for light sauce, since the pos system didn't provide the option, and as I walked up an employee by the name of Sam was very attentive, kind, and could tell I was going to ask for something before I even opened my mouth. It was decently busy, so I was somewhat surprised by how fast she acknowledged & addressed my concerns. Never thought I would have a problem getting gas at a major chain such as wawa but I spent 25 minutes at this location yesterday trying to pump $10 worth of gas. Went to 4 -5 different pumps and each pump I tried was out of gas. The cashier never gave me my receipt and I only got $1.20 at each pump until I finally got fed up and the manager gave me a $5 gift card for the remainder of my gas purchase. Don't go here at night. My friend and I stopped in just to order a Bagel melt, I didn't know how to order it so I asked one of the people in the deli. This guy was definitely a manager of some kind, long hair in a ponytail (probably is balding at this point), and a poor excuse for a beard. He literally gave me so much attitude for just politely asking how I order the bagel melt. After the his response, all the children in the deli started laughing and kept laughing at us while we walked away, and not only that but kept saying stuff under his breath when he heard the oven going off for our orders. It takes a lot for myself to get mad at service workers BEING SOMEONE WHO WORKS WITH THE PUBLIC AS WELL. But, if this guy is this miserable talking to a customer I feel bad for his partner and or friends. read more

I'm constantly at this wawa, this morning I got my usual coffee and breakfast sandwich and bought a pack of pods for my vape. I asked the cashier to my stuff in a bag. I leave to go to work, get to work and realize she didn't put my vape pods in my bag, mind you they cost 13 dollars. She also didn't give me a receipt or offer one to me. I just lost 13 dollars with no chance to get a refund or my product back because she didn't give me a receipt to prove my purchase. I lost my money and they lost a customer. read more

Nice location with plenty of parking and entrances from both Route 23 (Nutt road) and Route 113. Gasoline prices are usually competitive because of the Giant Gasoline station across the street. The food crew has been efficient and so far no complaints. A well run Wawa store in my opinion. read more

My son and I were out running errands and needed something quick for lunch. We ordered 2 hoagies then walked over to the coolers to get 2 Gatorades. Payed for our things . Then returned to the deli counter to retrieve our sandwiches. At this point I realized our sandwiches were not ready nor were the sandwiches for the other 8 people who we're waiting holding payed receipts. From this point till our food was ready took 19 minutes! 6 employees were working in the deli. The one guy said out loud while staring at the monitors that show the orders.. "I'm to stoned to deal with this shit". I understand we didn't go to Eddie V's but it would be nice to see the employee of a business your spending money at slightly care. All that aside, their rolls suck, their lunch meat sucks and half of the food options were not available at the time we were there (1:30 pm) . I like most south eastern Pennsylvania residents have been going to wawa for ever. I actually used to work there 20 years ago. Can't believe how they have gone down hill! read more
