We stopped in on a road trip and it was so hard to decide what to eat! There is a huge menu and everything comes out fresh. Ample parking. Good lighting even late at night. Clean facilities. Lotto is available at this location. There is parking in the back, which is closer if you need to use the bathroom. Close to a Dunkin' Donuts dollar tree and Ollie's store. Lately there have been a lot of construction late at night on Tyrone Boulevard, so it could be hard to access if you're going here very late. read more

I love WaWa but I hope someone that has some pull reads this. I often get their blueberry or strawberry parfait. They changed how it is set up now with the fruit separate. Problem with that is that for someone like me that can't get the fruit container separated so I ended up throwing my strawberries away after many multiple tries. I just had the most unsatisfying gobbler sandwich of my life. I've never had a gobbler that was this week. First of all I got a double stuffed cause I was really hungry and it barely had any meat on there. Is that normally how they do double stuffed when you get double stuffed they just double stuffed the stuffing and double stuff the mashed potatoes so then they don't have any room for me and they give you like two little tiny pieces of turkey. I wouldn't recommend this Wawa to my worst enemy. It would just be cruel and unusual punishment. If you're looking for a Wawa keep looking cause this one ain't it! read more

Short wait for food, great sandwiches, excellent service! My sister asked me to pick up some mozzarella balls and coffee for her when I couldn't find it, the gentleman Demitry was very helpful in letting me know where to find it and let me know that the were being made. #1 place that I frequent for gas. And there are drinks whenever you want them (accept really late at night), with plenty to choose from. This is a newer location and conveniently located to people residing in central St. Pete. and the Tyrone area. The store is well maintained and the employees are always friendly, especially the ones who work in the iced coffee, shakes and sandwich section! Christmas day, maybe everyone was in a foul mood because they had to work. Guy in the drink section getting ready to mop the floor moved around me like I was invisible, just plopped a wet floor sign in front of me pretty rudely. One guy in front of me in the check out line, he's gone cashier turned her back to me to talk to another cashier about cigarette count. I said hello, Merry Christmas and conversation between the 2 continued until whatever point was made and then I get a mechanical acknowledgement. C'mon Wawa, you can do better than this I've seen it. The store is not bad, but I recently had a fraudulent experience at one of the pumps on 8/11/2019 My bank blocked my card because there were two transactions coming from the pumps that seemed fraudulent. The first one was for 100.00 and the second one was for 75.00. I knew the cards were blocked because I had money on them but couldn't use them so I called them today and they explained what had happened. I proceeded to call the Wawa store this afternoon and a lady named Zoe said she was the manager and I explained what happened. I did not lost any money but I almost did and was unable to put gasoline on my car with my bankcard. It is a bad experience specially on a rainy day with a baby in the car. I hope they do look into a possible fraud attempt to their customers, and find out why this happened and who is responsible for this fraud attempt on their gas pumps. read more

Ordered a club sandwich. My order was behind 5 or 6 people. I saw some new people come in after me and get their orders before me. I still hadn't gotten my food. So I went to the register to cancel the order and ask for a refund. They asked If I had waited for others to get their order first and that maybe others' orders got in before mine. And I told them I'd talk to the regional manager and resolve it with them. After that, I happen to talk to the manager and he was even ruder. He gave the same explanation, when I said i would speak to the regional director he said in an annoyed and condescending tone "go ahead we all know you." I walked away and he said it again "Go ahead, we all know you". I went back and checked and finally, my order was ready. My experience is if you don't have your order after waiting your turn or want to stop waiting you are entitled to cancel your order and ask for a refund. If the associate and the manager said to me "when did you order your food?" and "I'm sorry it's taking so long. I can go check on it." or "can you wait a few more minutes and if it's not ready i'll get your refund". read more
