We went about two weeks ago and it was great. Service was super friendly and the place is clearly maintained well. They have an outdoor area in the back that appears upgraded. It looks like a nice spot to stop with kids. Food was good. The root beer was a nostalgic slap. I was pleased to see they have plant based options. We pulled up right before closing within the last week just to get two iced teas to go. They clearly had cleaned everything and were minutes from shuttering. We asked if it was too late to order some drinks and the answer was a sincere "Of course not!" from the same server. Good customer service is so refreshing. Will definitely stop here again this season.

I asked for some sauces on the side that never made it into the bag and the dressing they put in for my salad was not the one I requested. I don't understand how an order can be put together wrong when you should have a tab in front of you and someone checking that the order was fulfilled correctly. This is not the first time they get things wrong. A few months ago they left something out of the order and I had to go back and get what they missed. The burgers don't have the seasoning they used to have or remember the tasted like 5 years ago. I remember that when you bit in you knew you had a great burger in your hands. I don't perceive that taste as much anymore. Maybe they are so busy that it's hard to keep that quality taste, but hopefully they can tweak things in a way that it brings back the Outlaw's of a few years ago.
