While hailey was acting manager, she had an employee run distraction so another employee could sneak a look at the inspectors paperwork so they could fake and pass cleanliness etc. They used the inspectors list so they could go room to room ahead of them and clean just to pass inspection. this store is not only run by children but managed by them too. Its not held to high standards and cleanliness like the rest of them. Such a shame. read more

All Wawas are not created equal, and this one is a step above the rest. Most who live in the area know about Wawa, let's face it they are everywhere. What I think we can all agree on is that while most Wawas carry the same products, the service and quality can vary considerably. This Wawa is one of the better ones I've been to and I frequent it regularly. What sets this Wawa a part from others is quite frankly their customer service and quality. At this Wawa the staff is friendly, happy to greet you with a smile even on those days that you are frowning (maybe they give them happy pills?). I have gone in there with a skowl on my face after a bad nights sleep or a bad days work and walked out with a grin just because of a smiling manager chatting about football or a kind word from a smiling cashier. As far as quality, the coffee is always fresh, sugar canisters full, and dairy products cold and plentiful... Hey what more can a coffee addict like me as for?? Their deli is well kept with a high quality of Wawa foods even in the wee hours. (well ill just cross off when they burnt something the other night and the whole store smelled yucky...hey who's perfect?) You might say, why would someone give a Wawa five stars? Well because it's in the deli area, silly,lol, if it was listed in the fine dining area I'd knock off a few stars. I have evening classes at Goldey Beacom so I have been to this WaWa during the evening between 6-7:30 pm. There is a very nice cashier Tom. There is a girl, Jessica, who is always working the deli and is the nastiest piece of work. She literally gets slower when the lines get longer. She starts pantomiming all of her movements and looks at the hoardes of waiting customers with a snarky look that clearly conveys " Go ahead complain. I can get even slower." The only time I have seen this human sloth move at a normal pace is when her manager,Chris, came out saw the lines and started making orders. This guy is always cheerful and always helping out where needed. If you get rid of your dead weight you could be right at 5 stars. Until that happens I can't even risk coming in unless my break is 30+ minutes. read more

We call this "the good wawa." They always get orders placed correct, and they make their sandwiches very well. The staff is nice and helpful. They also make a very good pumpkin spice latte for $3.00, a great price for a specialty coffee drink. read more

I have been to this Wawa many times and it is consistently clean and well stocked. The soft pretzels tend to be fresh and the staff is friendly. There is easy access to both Linden Hill Road and Skyline Drive. It loses one star because they don't offer gas. Otherwise another high-quality Wawa we know and love. read more

I think it's safe to say most people who have experienced Wawa, love Wawa. I've lived in the Pike Creek area for over 4 years and this location has always been the closest to me. I used to enjoy coming here 3-4 years ago. I think there's been like a change in management or something because it's gone downhill. When it's busy, the lines get long quick and the food counter is slow. There's a young girl who works behind the food counter; she's VERY unpleasant and doesn't seem to know how to make or cut a sandwich. When it gets busy, she complains out loud. So unprofessional. Last time I was in there, there were 5 flies just sitting on the computer screen where you place your orders. No bathroom. No ATM. I now go out of my way to go to the location on Kirkwood or Limestone. The staff is so much more polite and they have way more food options. read more
