Also, I have tried Olga since I was already there last time, and Olga was very nice as well. The ambience and vibe is very relaxing abc nicely set up. You wait in the lounge area and then they take you to a private room and you get waxed. Wear comfy clothes that are easy to take off for getting waxing done. This was my first time ever being late. As I was walking in the door, my phone dinged with a $5 no show fee. My aesthetician was standing there and told me that she would not be able to take me because she'd already taken her next appointment back. Their website states that 10 minutes late is a no show- with no mention of how long your appointment was. Sadly, they lost three customers this morning over that five minutes.
