The sisters were so warm welcoming and I got appointment right away ! I appreciated that I was able to call the same day I got the appt because time was tight for us. Services* - luxury pedicures that were $49 each The 2 ladies who oversaw our services were very professional and friendly. They asked if we wanted gel polish but we went ahead with regular polish. Once done, we sat there to let it dry and once ready, we asked them for the salon slippers as we had flip flops with some straps that may have disturbed the polish job. The concerns I had were: - I didn't pay attention if they put a top coat on before they turned on a fan to dry my toes. From my experience, they typically put top coat after the color polish has dried so I'm unsure if my MIL & I received a top coat. - from the pictures, it looks like the lady who did my service didn't clean up around the toenail so there are some polish residues on my skin - services*: I wish they would've communicated in advance that it'll be additional charges to take gel polish off for my MIL. I don't mind paying for the service if it's on their site or menu but it took me by surprise. Overall, I was charged $114 and some change for 2 luxury pedicures ($49) and 1 gel polish removal ($16). I ended up tipping $10 each (so total with tip was $134). Also fyi - I paid with credit card so if there was a credit card fee, I was not told/aware. I really value the staffs friendliness and the salon is SO cute and clean. It truly felt like a relaxing spa while we got our nails done. When a treatment doesn't produce the expected results, the least a client should receive is a professional evaluation and a willingness to make things right, not excuses. On top of that, the receptionist consistently had a rude and dismissive attitude. She told me they would not provide any complimentary treatments, even though I never asked for one. All I wanted was to receive the service I had already paid for and have it done correctly. A reputable business stands behind its work and takes responsibility when something doesn't go as planned. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Instead, I was met with poor customer service, a lack of professionalism, and no accountability. For those reasons, I cannot recommend this place

Lynn is always professional, punctual, and truly cares about her work, If she doesn't like the work she does she will redo it even when I say no need. The salon is clean and Lynn is extremely careful regarding infection control. As always, I enjoy going there and chatting with Lynn and how nice my nails look.
