I went to Erin for eyebrows microblading and the time before that I had my lash lifted. I cannot say enough great things about Erin's services! Erin is very professional, meticulous and detailed. Her studio is clean and tastefully decorated. My lash lift experience with Erin was amazing. All the times I had my lash extension in another place I always felt the chemical burns my eyes and I would tear for hours after my lashes are done. After hearing my lash extension experience Erin suggested me to try her lash lift service. I must say I was so blown away with the results and my eyes were completely fine. Result in my pix! My eyebrows microblading was another comfortable successful experience with Erin! I had my eyebrows tattooed more than 20 years ago and the color and shape took a bad turn as time goes on. Erin suggested me to laser off the end part of my old eyebrow tattoo and she would do the microblading to reshape my brows. The numbing creme Erin used was very effective and there wasn't any moment of pain during the whole process. Amazing! See my new brows in the pic! I lived in Brea but I happily take the drive to see Erin because I trust her to make me more beautiful. Highly recommended!

Went with my GF for her lash service and ended up getting talked into getting my nose hair and ear hair waxed. This was the first time I've had a waxing experience and Erin made it quick and painless. Erin applied the wax with a wood applicator that looks like a tongue depressor. Each time she applied the wax she throws it away and used a new applicator for the next wax. She said that was for hygienic reasons and never go to a place that does not that. Her technique of pulling the wax strips made it painless. Didn't feel a thing. Was an interesting experience and I have a feeling my GF would make me go back after he hair grows back.

Place is very clean, and the bed is extremely comfortable . Erin works slowly and detailed. I didn't know which lash style looks best on me. My sister and I came to try Starring Lash & Brow after seeing an IG post with a special deal for first time lash lifts ($75). It's inside of Lumi Nail Salon and they have a small parking lot in the back. The lash lift is about 60 minutes and she asks if you want a more natural curl or a more dramatic curl. I loved having the option and she did a great job! Super happy with the lash lift and the space was cute and clean as well. read more

I always had very light eyebrows my whole life. Growing up without much eyebrows people always thought I looked different. A friend referred me to Erin at Starring Lash and Brow. She specialized in semipermanent make up and eyebrow tattoo. Looking for a change I gave it a shot. She was able to walk me through the whole process and I decided to go for it. I am so happy with the results! The eyebrow tattoo looked natural and normal. I was told this would last about two years at which time I would need to go back for touch up. Erin was extremely helpful and explained all the various services in detailed. Decided on the lash extension and the results were great. Erin made sure I was comfortable throughout the 1.5 hour it took to complete the extension and allowed me take some breaks as needed. Overall experience was great. My wife is very picky when it comes to getting her eyelashes done. She has never been able to find the perfect combination of skill, quality, cleanliness, and reasonable costs. She came across Erin and Starring Lash & Brow and was blown away by Erin and her work. Erin takes her time and her attention to detail is impeccable. She makes you feel relaxed and listens to what the customer wants. Erin did such a good job, we brought my mom in to get a semi-permanent tattoo of her eyebrows. She had a bracelet on that kept rubbing my eyelid when she was working on my eyebrows, and I had verbalized to her in a nice manner originally, but she was having attitude already at me and basically being pretty rough when it comes to removing the wax. And then she missed a few spot and when I pointed out that she missed a spot, she was giving me attitude while telling me to lie down and then when I got back up after she was done and told me that she was done, she looked at me and was like what are you doing? I still need to put cream on you. And suddenly I feel gaslit because she was the one who told me to get up and then she followed that by asking if we have any problems because I am making her feel very uncomfortable here while giving me attitude. When really I haven't really verbalized anything and I have barely verbalized my concern about the eyelid and that's basically because her bracelet keeps touching my eyelid because it dingles down. The front desk lady have said that she tends to have attitude for whoever is last on her list and I find a very unfair that they book her as my cosmetologist if they know that that's the issue. If they're going to hire employees are representing their company I sure hope that they evaluate their personality and their customer service aspect because that is the most important when it comes to these kind of role and if they're not happy and don't wanna work here, they really shouldn't take additional clients or they shouldn't have the job here. As someone who works in a place of customer service, I always make sure that I don't bring my personal opinions or emotions in. This whole experience made me feel kind of uncomfortable and also feeling like I don't really want to come back and make an appointment with that person ever again. By the end of the session after she gave me the mirror I told her she had missed a few spot. I mean, there were clearly hair in those area, and she clearly was very upset by me pointing at things that I'm just merely pointing out at as anyone would and she is just showing her bad mood and the environment that didn't need that. And after this time, she was done, she not only did not let me check in the mirror. She also told me that I am good to go. I am very uncomfortable I am very disappointed with my experience and I don't wish that on anyone. When I finally got to my car, I noticed not only a few spots but many spot that she missed and I can't really even walk in because I'm kind of scared and worried to really deal with her and I honestly don't want her to ever service me ever again . And I hope that nobody becomes her victim because that is just some rough waxing services watching someone having a resting bitch face and attitude the whole time when really I just want to come here to be vulnerable and did nothing wrong.
