The location can be a bit difficult to find since her salon is located within a building with multiples suites. Parking is readily available in the mornings off the main street ($1/hr but you don't need even half that time). Tabitha is very responsive via text and her online booking system makes it so much easier to confirm/cancel/make appointments. She's super friendly and down to earth. I usually go to EWC in Long Beach but all locations closest to me are still temporarily closed. I really wanted to get waxed as I was 38 weeks pregnant and knew there was no way I'd be going soon once the baby arrived. So I took a chance and went to this woman and she was TERRIFIC! Just had an extremely uncomfortable experience here. First off the girl who did my wax was really nice her name was Denise but she seemed fairly new. I also undressed the bottom half of myself I front of her which I've never experienced usually they walk out to give privacy. The wax took about 20 min which was kind of long for me because how many times she had to use wax to take off my hair and I'm not a hairy girl. I got waxed about a month ago and my original wax took five minutes. She also had to tweeze multiple hairs after the wax which I never had to experience in the past. What made me the most uncomfortable was the fact that her face was less then a hand away from my private the reason I didn't say anything was because I felt like I was tripping since she said she had 2 years experience. I also was left wax residue. But once I left I didn't feel comfortable at all about the situation. Won't be coming back. read more
