Since I was spending my weekend on the Kennesaw side of town I decided to check out this location for eyebrow threading & tint and a Brazilian. I called first before my arrival to make sure they would be able to accept walk-ins. They were pretty busy that particular Saturday but were willing to fit me in for a 3PM appointment. I ended up arriving slightly early, I checked-in and was seen immediately by Ziya. Ziya rocks! She took great care of me. We carried a fun conversation my entire visit, even through my Brazilian - us ladies know these are not exactly fun (YIKES...lol). Ziya shaped and tinted my eyebrows to perfection. The entire service exceeded my expectations. Everyone was very welcoming and appeared very cheerful. I have been to the Buckhead location for a YELP Elite event a few months or so back, therefore I did not expect anything less. Just as Buckhead, the interior decor is identical, a very modern feel and also very clean. It is located in a plaza next to the Quik Trip also neighboring The Twisted Kitchen. Do not come here for a Brazilian if it is your first time. I explained to the woman that it was my first time. I expected to be guided through the process, but she started waxing immediately without giving me a heads up, or even a countdown. I started crying not because of the pain, but because I didn't feel cared for. As I told her, I have never been waxed, so the process was completely foreign to me. The whole process felt very rushed, and I left very uncomfortable and upset. read more

I will not go to any sanitation-critical business that performs invasive procedures such as waxing people's private areas, that requires a no-liability waiver in case their practices are not up to standards and I contract an infection. So my first experience at this location was for a yelp elite event, let me say my service was totally different during that event than a regular customer. So. I didn't have an appointment but the wait was less than five minutes. I used the Thanksgiving special which was eyebrow threading and tinting for 19 dollars. The lady took me back and did my eyebrows and tint all in one and didn't bother to ask me what I thought until the very end. I was in a rather 'laxed mood so I was like perhaps she thinks she's that good to put tint on eyebrows the customer hasn't even okay'd. She didn't ask how I liked them. Nothing. No communication. Kinda this is what you get type of thing. Needless the say when she finished I liked them. They were just as good as when Asma did them during the event. But all the bells and whistles ... rose water, aloe lotion, eyebrow massage - nah. Not included. I still prefer this location over the one in Buckhead. So when traffic allows I skip Buckhead and head to Marietta. Overall, worth the trip, but definitely smh compared to my other experience. read more

I hate to come back and write a bad review because I had a good experience the first time I went. I'm not sure of the lady's name but she is older and completely ruined my eyebrows. I specifically said I wanted only wax because I do not like threading, and she threaded my eyebrows anyways. She went entirely too fast and " finished" my brows within 2 minutes. My right eyebrow was left with little to no hairs on the end which I now have to fill in every day and instead of squaring or rounding off the front of my eyebrow, it comes to a point. I usually come to this place and never left a review. Services are usually decent. But this one specific visit is the reason why I will not be coming back. There is poor communication between employees and customers. I was supposed to get a free wax today but because of their employees not knowing their deals. They messed up my stamped card 3 times in a row. I was under the impression I was getting a free wax and they made such a big deal that only Brazilian gets free wax but I was never told this the past 5 visits I have been here. I recently moved to Georgia from Miami, FL and I've had a hard time finding a good eyebrow threader until today!! I got my eyebrows threaded by Noureen and she was amazing!! I bought the 5 for $35 so that I could continue with her. She listened to what I wanted and the issues I've had in the past with other eyebrow threading, and also looked at my pictures and felt confident that she knew what I wanted. She threaded my eyebrows gently since my skin is very sensitive and dry - plus she showed me exactly what she did and why it's going to benefit the eyebrow shape in the long run (which is what I wanted). It looks kind of weird right now since I'm not used to having fuller brows but this is exactly the process I went through with my threader in Miami, so I was expecting it. Visited the Marietta location today. Had an opportunity to work with Nina. I tried a brow tint for the first time. She did an amazing job. The process was quick and painless. I loved the finished results. This location was clean and the check in process was simple enough. I thought the prices were reasonable. The only reason I did not give this location 5 stars is because the workers only spoke English when dealing with the customers. They communicated with each other in a non-English dialect. I am ABSOLUTELY happy that I found this place! The location is perfect. It's VERY clean the staff is friendly and professional. I went seeking eyebrow threading services. Due to medical reasons, my brows are very thin & light. It doesn't help that I have a dark complexion, it's almost as if it's nonexistent. I entered this place with fear as I had no idea what I was getting myself into. All I knew is that I needed them done. Sonya listened to me and offered me tinting. I have NEVER heard of tinting. I decided to try them out because I was in desperate need for a facial. They offer 20 minute Power Facials for $20!!! I was expecting a very basic treatment, but wowwww did they deliver!! I would compare their power facial to an hour long facial at some places for $100!! I've been hooked since then. Ziya is AMAZING!! I cannot say enough fabulous things about her. My skin is very sensitive and tricky. She has mastered the difficult task of threading and/or waxing my full face, yet being gentle enough not making me break out. I have even gotten a full facial from her, and I gotta say, I WAS IN HEAVEN!! My skin glows after every treatment with her, no matter what she does. Mehnaz has done my eyebrows multiple times, and she is excellent as well! This place is a little bit more expensive than other threading salons, but it's worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY. I'm a stickler for hygiene and cleanliness and they excel in both. They also listen to you, which a lot of places don't. If you tell them that something makes you break out, they will ensure that they never use that product on you again. You don't have to remind them! I can't believe I have gone this long without knowing about this awesome service! I recently went back and brought my friend. She had never had this service done either. For $8.00 they do a fantastic job! Both my friend and I agreed that it didn't hurt any more than a waxing or plucking does. My eyebrows have never looked so good! The staff is FANTASTIC!! I was very nervous and not sure what to expect, but Asha and other Staff did a great job at reassuring me that my eyebrows would look great after the threading. I loved how she took her time making sure my eyebrows were complementary to each other. I did not feel rushed at all. It is not a completely pain free procedure, but it doesn't hurt more then tweezing or waxing. I have sensitive skin, so my skin turns bright red after, but it went away pretty quickly.
