Just came in for my first brazilian wax ever! I have to say I was a little nervous since I didn't know what to expect, but those nerves subsided moments after stepping in the door. The facility is very clean, well decorated, and welcoming. Heather did my wax and she was just so pleasant and easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable. We chatted throughout the whole appointment and she got through the wax so quickly and efficiently. This was my first wax here so I received half off which was great! The woman checking me out gave me maintenance advice and didn't overly pressure me to book my next appointment right away, which I really appreciate. Alex is my go to gal for my eyebrows! My goal when I first started seeing her is to have them fuller --- since in the past my brows have been waxed to the point almost non existent. I fell in love with WTC back at their DTC location and was jumping for joy when they opened the Lone Tree spot - much closer to my home. Not only is the location killer, but the staff is amazing! I was greeted promptly by a bubbly receptionist, followed by a Brazilian with Mirena - absolutely love her! She was very patient with me as I am pregnant - which was comforting!
